This is the second time I’ve used Howard Bender’s legal services. Both times the result ended with a positive outcome. As before Howard’s performance was outstanding. We found Howard on the last day when we needed to file an answer and he did not have a problem with that even in such last minute. It turned out he found the party's lawsuit baseless and convinced them to dismiss without ever going to court. I wish more attorneys think like Howard as he is very good in details and understanding of Biz agreements. I will use him again if ever needs arise. I am very thank full we found him as he did the right approach to the case. Keep it up Thanks again.

Mrs. Slotnick was referred to me by a friend whose divorce she mediated. She came highly recommended from someone that I consider to be very meticulous. She helped me with a small business issue. She was my second lawyer after firing the first one for not knowing the facts of my case. I want to start off by saying I almost didn’t hire Randi after I read the review below. I am SO happy I didn’t listen to that review as Randi and get yearn are simply the BEST! Randi far exceeded my expectations as an attorney. She even helped negotiate part of my deal and did a phenomenal job (even though that’s not her job). I was always able to reach her through text or phone directly, she let me ask every single dumb question I had without making me feel stupid, and lastly she’s a shark which you always want in an attorney (a nice shark). Deciding on how to choose a lawyer to represent you is such an important decision. There's so many "professionals," to choose from and picking your attorney to help guide you can go either way in my experience. I've been in a position where we've chosen the wrong attorney and been made to feel as though they were much more important than us and that their time was expensive and valuable. Working with Randie and staff was so refreshing. There's such a level of detailed professionalism coupled with an ability to relate to the client on an every day level. Her office was always available, always accessible, always unbelievably prompt while managing to be extremely detailed in protecting our needs from a legal perspective.
