David failed to appear for two family court appearances. David took advantage of a young father seeking legal counsel recently in Oakland County, Mi. I will be submitting a grievance regarding David accepting retainers without appearing, failing to call his client back, failing to appear in court, and overall being unfit to provide legal counsel/services in good faith. David, you told my son he would receive his full retainer back on Monday 8/19/24 for your failure to act as his legal representation. Where is his retainer? Call Jake back, answer your calls. Several red flags about David would be he doesn’t have a paralegal. A paralegal would make sure you are in court when you are hired to be there. David doesn’t return calls, texts or emails. Do not use David for your case he’s not acting in good faith & shouldn’t be practicing currently as an attorney. David you stole my son’s time and his ability to trust his own hired counsel. You should be ashamed wasting both parties time and money. I talked to you about your behavior on Monday 8/19/24, you told me my son is your best client…. Now people can read all about how you treat your “best client”. You need rehab. And I will make sure the bar association knows every detail about your treatment of my son.

With a free consultation and great pricing I would highly recommend Michael Camaj. He worked on a small case for me and he was efficient with his work and very professional. POOR SERVICE POOR RESULTS
Don't choose Fran Murphy if you want to win.This attorney was completely unprofessional. The communication is poor. The case development is slow as molasses, and she displays an attitude along with the staff of I DONT CARE. Mike Morse should not refer injured clients to this attorney because she won't do the work and will not work with clients who question her process. If a process exists at all. She will waste your time while you are thinking she is active on your case. Hopefully , you can change these behaviors and will not receive unfavorable reviews in the future. Shame on you Ms. Murphy, you should know better.

This lawyer on the website advised to pursue a lawsuit against my employer. How ever, when we talked, most if the discussion referred back to how much it would cost me up front. He stated I could not as that the other party pay my legal fees. When explaining my situation to him he would interrupt and make another comment about how much I would have to pay him up front. He told me it would be almost $2000 just for him to block out time to go over and review my case. The money was not to say he is taking my case just to review information. He could not reiterate to me my complaints with the exception of one.

I really enjoyed chatting with John, his information and advice was top notch! He definitely comes across as a man who knows the law! I would say his years of experience are shown well! I met with his Colleague Ralph, who also has years of experience, Very full of options and advice. Actually made the fear of the experience for me/ court feel less fearful speaking with him. I would definitely recommend either of these gentlemen. They both are firm, full of knowledge and their endless years will make your court appearance and case follow in your favor.
