Bill Lemann started out as a young lawyer helping my mother. He proved to be the most trusted and valuable of advisors to her and later to myself and my family. He truly cares about his clients and they become family to him. Working as a court reporter for 40 years I was able to view firsthand his skills in the courtroom and they are stellar. A couple years ago, my father passed away after a couple week stay in the hospital. During this horrible time, Mr. Lemann was more than an attorney, he went above and beyond the call of duty for my family during this terrible time. Wilfrid Lemann just handled a very complex case for me that involved not one but both of my parents that unfortunately both have very serious mental illnesses Bill handled this case with grace and dignity for both of my parents who were so ill that both were making it very complicated for myself as oldest son to obtain a healthcare directive and power of attorney by nature I am a very impatient person however I trusted Bill and he accomplished the task his knowledge of the law and his mastery of compassion and empathy and his desire to protect the dignity of both of my parents was a masterpiece sincerely Michael L Valentine

Eric Anderson is an OUTSTANDING attorney: knowledgeable, supportive, experienced, & hardworking. Mr. Ricks helped me from the time that I called him. He helped me with things that I wasn't aware that I needed help with. He even helped me locate a chiropractor when I needed one. He also guided me through the legal process that otherwise I would have been completely lost in. Ken helped us evict a dead beat tenant that we couldn't deal with on our own. He did an excellent job, on time, and at a reasonable cost. We were so pleased with his work that sometime later we used his services a second time to evict a second tenant and we were equally pleased. Ken's assistant Stella was also helpful in the process and did a great job for us.

At first, our decision to retain Mr. Marshall Brubacher of Mundell, Odlum, and Haws was based primarily on proximity and his experience with high-profile cases.
It wasn't long before Mr. Brubacher's professionalism and approachability overshadowed our initial reasons for hiring him.
Armed with intimate knowledge of real estate law and contract law, Mr. Brubacher was able take one of our cases and settle within a fraction of the time (few months) it took our former attorney (5+ years).
Our other lawsuit involved a contract that was breached for more than a year. I thought we were at an impasse until Mr. Brubacher got the case. He quickly reached a settlement in a couple months and we received modest compensation. Many settlements include language that would prevent further litigation. This settlement however, was finalized in such a way that we could still pursue the other party for the remaining amount due to us (which we took full advantage).
What you will find refreshing about Mr. Brubacher is that when he gets his messages and emails, he will respond to them promptly. He takes a realistic and practical view of the case and is frank with the different directions a case can go. He also has an uncanny ability to explain law in plain language and how it applies to our case. Our overall best interest in terms of outcome versus your investment in time and legal fees was always taken into consideration. In short, I highly recommend Mr. Marshall Brubacher for your business litigation needs.

After two weeks of struggle with my auto shop tenants who cancelled and refused to purchase general liability (GL) and workers compensation (WC) insurance as per the lease agreement, my business attorney Mr. Eli Kantor referred me to Mr. Brian Cullen who immediately responded to my call and scheduled a meeting with me the following morning. The next day he served a "Three-Day Notice to Tenant to Perform Covenant or Surrender Possession", and within an hour of receiving the Notice, I received and email from the insurance company saying that my tenants bough both GL and WC, followed by a call from the tenant confirming that they bought the insurance.

I talked to this guy about an " as is " issue. He did not seem to understand to " as is " exceptions in the law. He never mentioned omission of material and critical information from a transactor that could make my case. Did not mention anything about implied warranties or a fiduciary issues .
