Three years ago, I received a DUI. I have never been in trouble with the law, and never thought I'd find myself needing a Criminal Defense Attorney. However, I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Bobzin as my attorney. Because I have a high profile career, I choose not to disclose my name. But what I can say about Mr. Bobzin is that he is an exceptional attorney and DEEPLY cares about his clients. He was informative, thoughtful, and genuine throughout the process of this horrible event in my life. At the beginning of the judicial process, Mr. Bobzin was able to remove jail time to minimal work furlough, and see that I was put on an informal probation - otherwise I would've received a 60 day jail sentence; which would've potentially cost me my career.
After the short work furlough time and 2 years of informal probation, I re-called Mr. Bobzin to help me terminate probation and expunge my record. The results were exceptionally successful! WE WON!
In fact, during my early termination hearing, the judge stated I had only been on probation for 2 years and a few months. Mr. Bobzin jumped in and said "Your honor, my client has been on informal probation for 2 years and 6 months". At that point she reviewed court documents and agreed. After that comment the judge granted early termination of probation. Had she believed/overlooked that probation time period, I would still be on informal probation.
Because of Mr. Bobzin's skill in the courtroom and attention to detail, I have been granted early termination of probation! Further, he is now requesting expungement of my record, which I have no doubt will be successful. Mr. Bobzin is a skilled, professional, and caring attorney. I cannot express how appreciative I am of his efforts to have helped me in my case.

Today I contacted Mr. Bobzin.
My brain trauma/dementia and my daughter's legal issues are not easy to weed thru for MOST other Lawyers I have contacted.
Mr. Bobzin treated my embarrassing health issues and legal difficulties with the utmost respect. He did NOT treat me like I was less than him, since he had knowledge of what I did not.
I was so impressed with him taking time for me and my daughter's legal issues that I even asked him to mail me some business cards.

Tom Gullotti represented me thru my divorce in 2014/2015 and helped me most recently in 2021 with child support proceedings. He came highly recommended by a mediator in Carlsbad and by two other attorneys, and a co-worker. He is an excellent communicator, straightforward , ethical and honest. I cannot say that about the behavior observed from several other attorneys that represented my ex. and observations in the court room with other attorneys. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately due to the nature of my work, I own and operate a plumbing business, I had to cancel our appointment an hour before. They were very kind, offered me to be on the waiting list and scheduled me for an appointment a few weeks later. The next business day they called me to offer me a slot that opened up in that same week. Went there and had a pleasant time talking about forming an S Corp. The price I was quoted was fair but most importantly I felt comfortable. Highly recommended.

I got into a motorcycle accident and decided to pursue a case against the other driver, I couldn’t have asked for a better team on my side. Walton Law Firm, especially attorney Redmond Walton, truly delivered the best possible outcome. Despite the insurance company denying any responsibility and the police report siding with the other driver, Redmond still managed to secure the policy limits for me. I was in a car accident while driving in Lake San Marcos where I live. The jolt of the accident caused me to hit my head and mouth on the steering wheel, which caused injury to my teeth, as well as hearing loss. I am 85 years old, and my family thought I should hire a lawyer, and I am so happy we found Randy and Redmond Walton. In the darkest, early morning hours, I was driving to work, heading west on SR 52, taking the transition road to Interstate 15 north. Suddenly, out of nowhere, right in front of me, I see a crashed trailer turned on its side, blocking the entire single lane transition road. Because I did not have time to do anything but slam on the brakes, I unavoidably drove into the turned over trailer. I suffered a serious injury and am fortunate to be alive.
I contacted a well-known San Diego “royalty” law firm to help me. They didn’t fight for me. As a matter of fact, they dropped me after the trailer’s insurance company sent the law firm a letter refusing to accept any responsibility for the accident and my injuries, and instead blamed me, the guy who is injured and innocent.
