Where to begin. Alec Rose is the pinnacle of professionalism as he is capable of preparing anyone for interviews, hearings and even minor questions that may appear throughout a CSU title IX procedure. For an entire year he stood by me opening his doors to help me face the most horrific accusations I have experienced in my educational and Professional career. Let me just say Mr. Cohen was so eloquent with his responses to me. He more than described what was needed of the situation I was in and described the process without using so much legal jargon which I hate because it confuses people that aren't in law, and it makes it difficult to understand your own situation. I had an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who's in need of a car accident/personal injury attorney!

Some months now after finalizing my divorce I truly realize the expert care I was in with Ms. Baltazar. After interviewing a number of lawyers at the onset, I selected Ms. Baltazar for her professionalism, depth of legal knowledge, and caring manner. I felt then that she had the combination of attributes that would get me through this difficult time. Throughout she was persistent in representing my interest, clearly explaining current and prospective actions needed to arrive at the best outcome for me. She was always careful to fully explain what the law said on key matters and how it was interpreted by the courts. Ms. Baltazar had the ability to take jumbled information, as I'm sure I sometimes babbled on, picking out the salient points and repeating key information back to ensure she had a firm grasp of my responses. She also had the ability and patience to simplify and present legalese in an easy to understand manner so that i could fully consider it. Since mine was a marriage of long duration, she understood how fearful I was of the financial aspects of the divorce, painstakingly explaining each option for settlement. I was involved in a spousal support issue/tax matter with my ex-wife. Ms. Baltazar not only provided excellent advise in the spousal support area, but actually found a case ruling in the tax matter which defended my position and which had been overlooked by my ex wife's attorneys. (And tax law is not even her primary area of practice.) This allowed us to arrange for an out of court settlement that was much to my advantage. Because of her gracious and professional manner she was very pleasant to work with.

Generally, I am not a person that writes reviews. However, Mr. Stark is such an exceptional attorney, that I felt compelled to let others know.
Mr. Stark does not, (thankfully), fit the stereotypical attributes of most attorneys that I have encountered.
He is direct, honest and truly seems to care about the well being of this clients. He listens. He replies honestly and with very knowledgeable responses based on experience. He is not robotic and arrogant, as most attorneys that I have consulted with in the past.
He is very knowledgeable about licencing issues, so if you are in a health or medical related field and have licensing questions or concerns, he is the one to see, though he specializes in other areas as well.
Granted, may I add, he is also extremely humble, as he has a PhD and teaches Law and isl also is also a Judge. I found him to be quite generous with his time, and did not stare at his watch like many attorneys will do after a few minutes.
This attorney is not driven my money, rather by helping those in need of assistance. He also has a great sense of humor, which helps greatly when stressed!
I could not be happier about the outcome. Mr. Stark goes above and beyond to assist his clients. I am so glad to have consulted with him. Highly recommend!

Mr. Dadmehr recently assists me with my chapter 7 Bankruptcy case against his own financial interest.m I had already retained his firm to defend me in a collection action. Just a few weeks into the case, he approached me and explained that based on my financials idmbe far better off filing for Chapter 7 protection than paying his firm for the next year to defend the lawsuit. I've already recovered more than what I paid for his services by avoiding the wage garnishments that he stopped for me. I trust and recommend him wholeheartedly.

I was involved in a scooter vs. car accident in May of 2017. I was on my scooter and there was a collision with a sedan on a city street where I live in Los Angeles. I found out a few days later that my AC joint was sprained because of the impact of the collision.
The day of and half of the day after the accident I was in sort of like a shock state. I had never been in an auto accident before and I was thankful that I wasn't more severely injured. At the same time, I had a pain in my shoulder that I knew wasn't going to just go away on its own. I was referred to Schwimer and Weinstein because my case involved "soft tissue" injuries.
I spoke with them on the phone and they agreed to represent me in my case. Immediately, they set up appointments for me with specialists to figure out exactly what kind of damage my shoulder had sustained. After I saw the specialists I was referred to physical therapy. Schwimer and Weinstein found a physical therapy office 2 blocks from my house and got everything in order to begin treatment.
During and after my physical therapy my case started to develop. Schwimer and Weinstein spoke with the other drivers insurance company and handled all the paperwork. I would get updates every couple weeks about my case and sometimes I would get news that seemed like it was bad, but I was always assured that they believed in my case and that the outcome would be good.
Whenever I had any questions I could call or email the office and they would answer my questions until I understood. I was never rushed off the phone and they always took their time to go over anything I wanted to. That was really great because the legal system takes weeks and months to move and I would get anxious about everything.
Overall I am truly satisfied with the outcome of my case and the amount of work Schwimer and Weinstein put in for me!
