John has been hired to assist with the distribution of a trust and real estate transaction. Is there a "bedside" manner for attorneys? If so John has it. Calm, professional, thorough. Explains complex scenarios so that they are easily understood. Gives broad spectrum of "what ifs" that might come into play. I worked with attorney Marissa Winch. I was going through a divorce. It has lots of questions. and fears. doing something like this is not easy. She helped me. through this whole process. She made me feel comfortable. and cared for. It was very nice. to have someone to communicate with. whom would listen to my concerns. Answer all of my questions. Let me vent when I needed to. Sometimes the divorce you need to met once in a while. Marissa was a good listener. I have had excellent communication with Marissa since she took up my case. I would recommend. The Caldwell law group. for your divorce concerns and needs. I especially would recommend, Attorney Marissa Winch. Since she is whom I communicated the most with. Engaged Mr. Gottman to represent a somewhat small matter but we found he did not do the tasks he agreed to do nor did he attend meetings he had agreed to attend. He never updated us and left us in the dark. He was very aggressive when we expressed our concerns. We do not recommend him. I guess that unfortunately, a higher paying legal engagement might result in better service.

I think anybody would have a better chance of representing themselves than hiring this firm as it has gone straight down the toilet
