My siblings and I inherited family mineral rights to 120 acres in western PA in 2016. We really didn't know what to do with it or how to value them. We did get an unsolicited offer in late 2021 which wasn't bad, but we felt we needed to "shop" these rights but didn't know where to start. I found Mr. Saunders through an online search and am glad we did. Once he got our basic information, he was easy to work with, always followed through and used his network of contacts in the field to get us 35% more for our mineral rights than we would have been able to obtain on our own. Attorney Saunders, revue my deed and told me I do not get sub surface rights, when grantor dies.
It was the intent and understanding of the grantor and grantee, that the sub surface rights would pass to me at grantors passing. However that was not the way the deed was written.
It took almost two years to get the correct language in the corrective deed. This was NOT Atty. Saunders fault.
I am very glad Atty. Saunders, alerted me of the incorrect wording on my deed.
I would recommend Atty. Saunders, with your oil, gas and deed issues.

The way that someone from this office just spoke with my sister is unacceptable. She called looking for a lawyer to help her with her custody case and the person who called back had her in tears. Very condescending, downright rude, cruel and judgemental!!! Insuated she was lying about everything without even knowing or meeting her! Shame on you for treating someone who needs help like this!! I would never recommend your practice to anyone looking for a good lawyer. And I will let everyone I know how you treated a single mother just trying to get help from a deadbeat dad who is on drugs. Apparently you only help the men in these situations and women do not matter. Disgraceful. Disgusting. Shameful.

I was referred to this attorney by my SSI attorney. This law firm is very condescending to its clients. They do not return calls (attorney or paralegal), they do not follow up, and when I had to hear from the local SSI office that my paralegal was supposed to call me and never did was the final straw. While I did hire him, I immediately regretted it because he was very judgmental upon our initial consultation. For the reputation they have alleged to build, they do not value the commodity that is their client base.
