Andrew was a complete pleasure to work with, and took on my case quickly and professionally. He communicated all steps of the process to me in a timely fashion and made sure to check in with me along the way as needed. Even though my wife and I had a will, our life had seen many changes since the last will was prepared, agreed upon and signed. Since then we had started our own business, our children had grown up and left the nest plus grandchildren now had entered into the picture. She thoughtfully took us through several scenarios concerning the business, family, potential divorce situations, existing and future grandchildren, adopted, future children should our unmarried son marry someone already with children....adopted or not adopted. Did we need a trust.... was explored. Scenarios we had not thought of were explored with Janet's keen guidance. I hired Ms Homann to help me negotiate and remove myself from a corporate structure and real estate LLC. The contra side of this transaction were challenging to work with. I just wanted out. Jackie was able to both work with the other side as well well as walk me through different parts of the many parts of the transaction. She was also able to make sure that I got the correct indemnifications and releases while simultaneously not giving too much on my side (in interest of just GETTING OUT). She was also very helpful in explaining the 'legal-eze'. I appreciated her candor and ease of speaking with and 'hand-holding' when parts got stressful. I will definitely be keeping her number close for further advice/transactions in the state. I worked with Brian on the acquisition of our company by an overseas company. The negotiation on the sale/purchase agreement was fairly drawn out, and Brian gave excellent advice to us on the details of the agreement to make sure the deal ended up being favorable for us.
Brian has also advised us on many other matters including employee and contractor agreements, compliance with securities laws, supplier agreements, basically on all legal matters that most companies face.
We found Brian's legal advice to be well-thought out and pragmatic. We also really appreciate that he writes contracts in a more practical way than most attorneys, using more straight-forward language and structuring rather than traditional legal jargon.

It is my honor and privilege to recommend Michael P. Misch Attorney at Law for your legal issues.
Two years ago I retained Mr. Michael Misch regarding an American Disabilities violation issue. I remember my first interview with him as if it was yesterday. Mr. Misch presented himself in a very professional manner and yet you could tell he was empathetic and interested in my case. He sat and listened to my story without interruption. I myself believe this was probably difficult to do as it was an exhaustive story. However he did so with patience and did not make any judgments against me or make me feel as if I had done something wrong.
It was then that I knew he was the right attorney for me. During our second meeting, Mr. Misch could repeat the entire legal issues. Defendants and witnesses regarding my case without looking at any notes. I was very impressed.
I found Michael Misch, Attorney to be ethical, knowledgeable and brilliant regarding the law and his application of the laws that are in place to protect people from those who choose the law to hurt and harm others.
Mr. Misch met with me and set a course of action for the remedy of my complaint. Michael Misch never gave ne false expectations, he was always truthful and forthright in our plan for resolution.

I know from personal experience, having worked with the criminal system for almost 24 years that hiring an attorney can be a difficult decision and choice. Mitch is very personable and thorough. He actually cares and wants to help you solve your problem. He is writing a letter for me as a first step in trying to get a large worldwide company to pay up on a loss claim in which they were clearly negligent and irresponsible. I went through many different phone calls trying to find an attorney for a hearing that was coming up in a few days- I started calling as soon as I got the "Notice to Appear". He was quick to get the information needed, get things submitted, and get the PO dismissed...all without me even having to say a word in court (though I did attend the hearing). I didn't even have to give the evidence we had either. He was a blessing and I am keeping his number for if, God forbid, I need an attorney again.

Never received a call for my telephone appt nor did I receive a call or email ahead of time to let me know he was running late or needed to reschedule.
