Best lawyer there is! I received a few traffic tickets and came to Mr. Birch for help. He returned my call very quickly and gave me great advice. He ended up representing me in court and once I gave him the ticket information, I didn’t even have to think about the ticket until I was given a not guilty verdict. He let me know the results the day after and I could not be happier with the experience. I will absolutely use him again if I get any more tickets.

I was searching online for a lawyer to handle my uncontested divorce. I found Capofari law and clicked on the link. I called the number listed, in which Peter answered the phone. In the fall of 2020 I made an offer on a house my wife and I wanted to start our family in, so in good faith we put 20k down as our deposit and went through with the process. Unbeknownst to us there were sewer easements running through the front and rear of the property; we only found out this information about a week before our closing date. When our contract lawyer brought this to our attention he advised us that he put a clause in the contract so we would be able to squash the deal and retain our deposit. When push came to shove the seller didn’t want to give our money back. It was at this time we were advised by our contract lawyer to seek a litigator, so we asked him for a referral. That’s when Michael Heitmann came into our lives. Even with the impending holidays he was able to keep us involved in the ever changing situations. I work a 7-3 job on a construction site so my availability during the day is almost nonexistent Michael went as far as to take my call after hours to ease my concerns about the case. Within a few short weeks after retaining Mr Heitmann with minimal concession we got our money back.. I’m grateful for all your work.. thank you

Waste of money, stay away, she will do nothing, except reschedule the hearing date, until you are found guilty!
I had a video from my dash cam which she told me she lost the day of the hearing. I had to provide the video again. She also said I would not have to attend the trial when hired, but then started calling me on the day of the trial asking when I will be coming?
This is unprofessional and doesn't give me any confidence in her ability to actually defend me. Maybe they do a good job with something, but having experienced these total gaffs how am I supposed to believe she defended me adequately.

No one ever plans to get into financial problems and become financially desperate but life happens. Those who experience this know that it is both physically and mentally crippling - the amount of stress can become unbearable. It really feels like the end of the world.
Never in a million years did I think I would ever have to file for bankruptcy but if I was ever going to file for bankruptcy boy am I glad that Jay was my lawyer. He really is the whole package!
