We own a small commercial storefront. Due to COVID, the tenant that was in our building for over 20 years decided he didn’t have to pay rent. A colleague of mine recommended Warren S. Dank, Esq. From the initial phone conversation, he was professional, concerned, caring, and made us feel very comfortable. Warren always kept us posted with what was going on. They committed malfeasance on two cases our office referred them. In one case, the attorney was late and the motion was granted on default. We had to beg them for an affidavit, and luckily the default was vacated. After not learning our lesson, we referred another case in which we gave them specific instructions which the covering attorney ignored. Having failed to advise the Court of our instructions the case was dismissed. Requiring a motion to restore. On this basis, I would not recommend this business.
