Matthew has represented me in a protracted court battle in Federal District Court, as well as handled contract and other work for me. I can't say enough good things about him. He's very approachable, but dogged when it comes to going up against an adversary. My mother-in-law passed away in June 2016, and although she had a will and a trust, we knew that family members would be an issue. We knew that it really didn’t matter what was in the documents she left, someone would fight the process.
The first thing we did was to contract Mr. Wojcik to determine what the next step was. After speaking with him and his paralegal Regina, they put out minds at ease and we decided to retain their services. During the entire process which took over a year because of her accounts, possessions, and house, the process went smooth. The correspondence provided from Mr. Wojcik through Regina was always spot on. It was obvious that they knew the law and human nature at the same time. On numerous occasions, letters came from opposing lawyers which appeared to be issues, but our minds were put to ease by the responses.
If you ever have to go through a process like this for a loved one, it only makes sense to hire someone that understands the process and has human compassion. I highly recommend Mr. Wojcik and his staff. They understand the law and the fees were very reasonable. Thanks again to the team.

I originally hired Mr. Rosenstein to prepare my personal estate plan, which he did in a thoughtful and helpful manner. He took the time to understand my particular situation and patiently answered my many questions.
Later, when I had an unforeseen, extremely urgent situation arise as a Trustee, he made himself available after business hours, and gave me sound legal advice which saved me an incalculable amount of time and money. He continues to advise the Trust on an on-going basis so that things are done correctly the first time, which keeps us on track and ultimately reduces our legal fees.

My investment partnership owned a very large tract of residential land in southern California and we became a victim of forged performance agreements and bonds with the city in which the land was located. One of the purchasers of our land forged my name and the name of our partnership entity on road, utility, and improvement obligations totaling many millions of dollars and then defaulted on his obligations. The City came after me/us to complete these obligations and you don't know how right the old adage "you can't fight city hall" is is until they come after you. Thanks to Lance, the matter was finally resolved and we paid nothing to the City.

I have benefited from Stephen Anderson's expertise for the past six years. Mr. Anderson is an expert in intellectual property matters. I've used him extensively for trademark infringement, domain disputes, and trademark applications. Sometimes I've only needed a quick 15 minute consultation while other times required more extensive help. My fondest memory is when he successfully assisted me all the way up through trademark appeals to the highest levels of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
When researching Avvo for an estate attorney, unfortunately not his expertise, I thought about him. I decided to take time out of my day to write this because I like him a lot. He's super honest and makes sure his client's are honest in their answers to his questions. His billing is fair. His response time is excellent. His knowledge of his niche and law in general is full. He went to Georgetown law school which is a top tier law school - he has lots of court room experience. I like his sense of humor on the phone - he makes the law fun because he truly enjoys what he does for a living.
Most importantly, he does not have an ego which is important to me...well of course most attorneys have egos...right? Maybe...anyway, he does want to win the case and has a killer instinct but he has never shown arrogance on the phone with me as his client. He is quite patient and kind.

Don't confuse her for an advocate for the abused.
She has high rates & shows little compassion for abused women & children. During consultation, she checks her cell phone often, and has people come in and out of the conference room. She's dismissive and seems arrogant. 🚩
She seems to like the thrill of the games of the court system and in it for money $$ and power. I will not hire Michelle Brooker JD.

I reached out to Mr. Boylston's office for a consultation about a work related issue via their website. By the next day Amber called to reach out and take more information about my concern. She had set up a consultation with Mr. Boylston for the very next day.
Mr. Boylston himself called me to go over my questions. He was polite, friendly and dare I even say honest. Lol. While ultimately I was advised that it would be best not to pursue any further. I truly did appreciate him taking the time to speak with me and go over all my options. Even more appreciated that he personally felt and honestly voiced that it would not be worth my time and effort to go any further.
That's what I mean by honest, instead of trying to convince me of this or that and try to milk money out of me. We had a nice talk, a few good laughs, and I walked a way a little wiser than when I had gone into the conversation. He even advised me of some things I can look into on my own that would cost me nothing.
While I personally was not able to see my problems taken any further, due to this customer service and short but amazing experience, I will definitely know who i will go to first should i ever have an issue like this again.
