I was injured by a Dr. from a carpal tunnel procedure. There were concerns regarding median nerve damage. Another Dr. was called upon to explore and repair the previous botched surgery, but no guarantee as to whether the nerve would fully recover.
I was in pain, unsure of the full future use of my hand, felt there were damages and felt this was not right! I wasn’t sure who to call for help.
After reviewing write ups of medical malpractice attorneys, I chose the Dr. Lawyer Group, Dr. Zaheer Shah to call.
Dr. Shah was promptly available to discuss my case and decided it had merit for a claim.
He and his team (experts and office admin) guided me, explaining the steps and paperwork to a settlement that was agreed upon without the unknowns of a jury trial.
Dan Hollnagel, in the office always answered my calls and emails. I always felt I was in good hands, and that there was always someone there for me.
Dr. Shahs vast knowledge of the medical aspects of my injury were impressive and used for my advantage in his negotiations.

Jimmy cook told me to sign for ten thousand and that I could beef up that number if I got injections in my neck when my hip hurt. They would ignore my calls for months at a time and they're was a time Kelly hung up on me then texted me five minutes later after I said who I was. My chiropractor told me to contact them to sign the HIPPA agreement after three months of treatment letting me know they hadn't communicated for three months at all. They told me to quit the physical therapy that they would get me one closer then ignored my calls for months only to call back and say so you're done treatment. I would say no and would be ignored for another few months. They told me to sign for 10k three years ago and when I didn't they passed me to another firm that got me 85k they want to get paid now when I should file for legal Mel practice considering I recorded all our interactions.

We had Wells Realty & Law Groups take over our short sale for a townhouse we were selling in Mesa, AZ. We had been using a local realtor who deemed himself the "short sale King". This is wonderful news, and Michelle and I thank you and your team for assisting us with this rather daunting case. As you know, we held out as long as possible for many years with this upside mortgage, despite the 2008 worldwide economic downturn. We had been taught to fulfill our obligations and we marched along with this mantra ringing in our heads as we paid this upside down mortgage month after month — throwing good money into bad as other voices of disagreement also echoed in our heads. When we sought refinancing assistance with Bank of America, the mortgagor, they couldn't assist this customer with the problem, even after escalating the problem to their Vice President. It took an Act of God for us to stop and seek counseling on this really inverted mortgage, based on today’s property worth prices.
