I got in touch with Mr. Sheridan Green after I moved from Canada to the USA. We have worked together for the last year or so obtaining all the information needed to petition change of status, green card, employment etc. Mr. Green is a man of experience who knows how to get the job done. Sheridan, without a doubt, is one of the best EB-1a immigration lawyers out there. He was referred to me by a friend who had got his EB-1a petition approved through him. One of the things that struck me in my first conversation, was his attention to detail. He took his time to understand my background and made an assessment to see if I stood a chance. Within a day of our first meeting, I signed a contract with him.
All the steps after that were performed judiciously and expediently. He spent a lot of hours working with me to make sure the case was explained in his case summary. (We had a lot of email conversations as well as phone calls to discuss the case).
I had my green card within 8 months after my initial contact with him (3 months after i140 approval). This includes the i140 application and approval, the i485 application, fingerprinting, green card approval, and receipt.
Boy, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would definitely refer him to anybody who wishes to file an EB-1a application without batting an eyelid.

I highly recommend Sheridan services. During our first interview he made precise questions to see if he could take our case and recommend the path forward (we went for the extraordinary abilities petition). From there everything went smoothly, he was personally involved in reviewing and suggesting corrections to the recommendation letters, and, together with the rest of the documents, crafting the application. I got the extraordinary ability petition approved in 15 days and received the green cards for me and my family in 4 months!. We were expecting a long, tiresome process (more than a year) so we were amazed by the speed of it all.
He was super professional, made everything simple, step by step and kept open communications for any questions we had.

Brian Walters is not on your side, nor is he an honorable person. Very dirty tricks. Bait and switch schemes. Majority of his time, he spends funneling people through his podcast. In court, he was completely unprepared. He promised to help me through a jury trial and then backed out not fulfilling his word and tricking me into waiving away my rights to a jury. I don’t think I’ve met a sensible person that actually think divorce courts are fair and honest, and it’s largely because of cowards like Mr Walters.

From the first phone call, I knew that we had made the right choice. With this said, I am not a trusting person by nature, especially when it is difficult to conduct business face-to-face, due to covid. I have spent the past (3) months talking and emailing back and forth with Mr. Mussalli with regards to my situation...without ever being able to look into his eyes and make a decision on his trustworthiness. Mr. Mussalli guided my wife and I through this difficult situation with my business. He propped us up when we were feeling unstable, he pushed us along when our stubbornness began to take hold, and all the while keeping his calm and encouraging us to do the same. He did all of this with the many obstacles that we are all facing, but with illness within his own family as well.
As I have now read his other 5-Star reviews here, it appears that this was not a one-off situation. While our circumstances were different than all of the other reviews, our encounter was exactly the same.
To put a bow on it...in our eyes, Matt Mussalli is a Fantastic Person First and an Accomplished Lawyer Second! Very easy to talk to, extremely fair and transparent on billing, and really knows how to listen to your needs...as well as manage your expectations. I don't ever want to "need" Mr. Mussalli again, but I will not hesitate to contact him if needed and I would recommend him to ANYONE who is in need of an intelligent, compassionate friend, who happens to also be a Great Lawyer! We cannot thank him enough!!!

Mr. Steven Earl represented me in a lengthy, contested estate case. The advice and counsel I received from him were superlative in every respect. His knowledge of civil procedure and state law worked very much in my favor when it came to dealing with the Court and the opposing attorneys. Because of Mr. Earl’s competence and expertise, I always felt as though my interests held the upper hand. In the end, the case was settled very much in my favor.
The case was extremely stressful for me on a personal level. Mr. Earl’s responsiveness to my questions and concerns was always prompt, professional and, most of all, reassuring. My mother got very sick and needed a will. His office quickly put together a basic will for us and when she couldn't physically get out of the car to come up to their office and sign it, they came down to the car to witness and sign with her! A week later she passed away and quickly they helped my brother and I go to court and get her will probated so we could get her estate settled and everything went very smooth and quick and was so very painless at a very painful time in our lives. I can't even begin to thank their office for all their help! I would reccomend them to anyone who needs estate planning or guidance!

An UTTER disappointment. Be careful paying her in advance as she may/will not deliver.
I had contacted Jess Bailey to review a time sensitive agreement. She charged me $1000 upfront for that to provide me her view and guidance. 4 days later, she was available for a very short time to literally read over the agreement and promised to send me her "response" the following business day. Her office told me she was busy that day, and then the following day. I had to hire another attorney to get my job done. She did not even feel remorse or had the courtesy to contact me - her office told me "It is our firm position that the entire scope of services for which the firm was contracted has been provided".
A total rip off of my money and time. BE CAREFUL!

Mr. Clausen knew his business and how to handle my issue regarding the estate of my late husband. My issue involved the estate of my deceased spouse that was probated 10 years ago. Mr. Stilwell understood the scope of what we tried to accomplish and what needed doing. He was extremely empathetic to our situation and went over and beyond our expectations. He was very professional and the advice he gave was invaluable. I believe that without him and the service he provided, that we would still be trying to figure things out. He was also able to expedite the process and accomplished a huge feat within a very small window of time. The process that usually takes 6 months to a year took a little over a month. I hope we never need an attorney again, but if we do, I will be knocking on his door asking him for his help.
