Mr. Parmar is one of the people I respect most in my life. He gives it to you straight, tells the truth wether you like it or not. An ethical attorney with all the fierceness you need to keep you well grounded and focused on your goal. I am a good father who is facing an unreasonable X who tried to keep our children away from their Dad. Mr. Parmar gave me some hard advice to follow but I did. Wallace assisted me with a consumer claim involving a national sporting goods store and handled the case in a direct, professional, thoughtful and timely manner. He was communicative throughout the length of the case, providing updates on the progress and status of the case when necessary. Mr. Hammons represented me in my legal suit against a contractor who terminated work on an existing contract without any notification. The contractor was pre-paid for the majority of the contract and had completed only a portion of the work. The law suit was against the contractor's bond to recover pre-paid expenses for unfinished work and the expenses to repair the unfinished work that was damaging the property.
Mr. Hammons was very professional and personable to work with. He also was very efficient in preparing the legal documents to expedite closure of the case.

My family hired Mark Velez after our former attorney withdrew from our case. It was the best decision that we have ever made! Mark is the most friendly, compassionate, honest, trustworthy, caring, and knowledgeable attorney that I have ever met! Mark was always going above and beyond and always stayed on top of our case! I worked on 2 different cases with her. One for consultation to launch a business with my partner. And another one was to build a paper contract for my existing business. Both of the case, she took time to break down to help me understand very well, and that was a big eye opening experience for me. As a small business owner, it makes me feel so safe and protected knowing I have someone who is very helpful and devoted like her. She works very quick.

I needed to set up my living trust, so my neighbor recommended Mr. Brandlin. He has been Mr. Brandlin’s client for over 10 years and spoke of him with great admiration. Of course, I did my due diligence and researched Mr. Brandlin and I was very impressed with his credentials. His confidence, enthusiasm & professionalism were fantastic! I was a bit nervous that I would have a hard time understanding the lawyer-talk, but he spoke very clearly in plain language which I could understand and he was very thorough.
My trust was created fast & hassle free. Mr. Brandlin also recommended that I establish an LLC to own my investment property in order to limit my personal liability. I agreed, but understanding it was a difficult process. I kept finding all kinds of information on the Internet and I asked Mr. Brandlin lots of questions by email or at meetings. Mr. Brandlin was kind and patient and answered ALL of my concerns/questions with a big smile on his face. Some of my friends set up their LLCs on their own and comparing their setup to mine is almost comical (the knowledge, paperwork, etc.). Mr. Brandlin was hands on every step of the way - everything from helping me to choose the LLC's name to setting me up with a registered agent for service of process (where I will be receiving a lifetime discount thanks to Mr. Brandlin’s membership!).
Now that my trust and LLC have been created, everyone who knows me praises me for the extremely smart choices I’ve made and I proudly take all the credit. But in reality - all the credit should go to Mr. Brandlin! Not only he is intelligent, competent, responsible, straight forward and funny, but most importantly he is a really good human being. And that’s what counts most of all!

I have some issues on my credit report that are illegally on there and I am working on their removal. I have the evidence that they are being falsely reported and Shiva has been completely responsive whenever I email him, he gets back to me immediately, and he solves the issues and does not leave me hanging. If you want an attorney who will help you solve your issues, he is the go to person who can get things done. I hired Stan Denis to help me with a real estate investment (a hard money loan) that I was considering buying my ex-husband out of. It was a very stressful situation as my ex had been in the Mortgage industry for over 30 years and I wasn't savvy when it came to real estate law. Stan walked me through the entire process, making sure very document was in place , that all the Ts were crossed and the I s were dotted. He had me file every document with the right agency....... I don't know what I would have done without his help. As far as communication goes, he got back to me within a few hours and left detailed emails with what he needed to move forward. His office staff, Jana and Terri are fantastic! They are courteous, helpful and very quick to respond as well. All in all, it's a fantastic team. I would hire Stan Denis again in a heartbeat and refer him to anyone I know.

Heather Miller completed a long overdue update of an existing trust for my wife and I in June 2014. In working with Heather we found a number of items which were outdated based upon current CA State Trust law and changes in our family finances & structure. Because of her attention to detail and asking thoughtful questions, Heather was able to complete a new trust to meet our needs for the future. During the entire time Heather was very professional and created a high degree confidence & trust. The new trust was delivered in both hard & soft copy formats and in a timely manner.
