Of all the attorneys I ever worked with- this individual was one of the most helpful individuals I ever met in my life., I am a physician - I had a problem with an administration playing games that are not uncommon in Tucson. Hardy understood the problem even after my meandering attempt to explain the problem. He was able to see the problem clearly and took the appropriate steps to get the problem administration- to understand their behavior was unprofessional and was inconsistent with their own policies and procedures- and their unrealistic demands to try and get us to work several additional hours without proper compensation represents harassment. Although the same agency is still harassing their current staff- Hardy's help put the agency on notice. It allowed me and several others to escape the poor working conditions they were imposing on their entire staff. Without Hardy's help- the agency would of kept making unfair and unrealistic demands on the staff and myself. Before consulting with Hardy- the agency was ignoring its own policies and procedures - and making unfair demands at their staff. Staff who did not follow these demands were fired and threatened they agency would report this to the employees licensing board. The agency removed important protections for the workers that was written in clear language in their policy and procedures. Hardy made it clear to the agency they were in violation of their own rules. After his notification- several of us were able to successfully get out of our contracts because their demands were in clear violation of policy. When we tried to point this out to the administration before I consulted Hardy- the administration used smoke and mirrors to justify their improper demands. After Hardy made it clear that the agency was violating their own policy with their demands the administration quickly backed away from their demands and most of the staff who were effected - were able to leave the agency. If it was not for Hardy- this would never of happened- and we would of been forced to work in a hostile environment.
I recommend Hardy without any reservations- he really saved many of our staff and myself from continued harassment from the agencies medical director and her distorted use of the agencies own guidelines.

My father had a trust with Kinghorn Law and after his passing, I became the Trustee. I retained Kevin's firm to do the Trust Administration and worked with Amber from their office.
Amber was able to resolve all of the issues dealing with Canadian investments, Treasury Direct, creditor notices and many other items. She is also creating beneficiary trusts for the survivors and taking care of all paperwork.

After more than five years of representing myself in the VA appeal system, I found Dr. Anaise purely by chance one day by looking for VA attorneys who had experience in preparing IMOs and appeals. Dr. Anaise helped with my VA medical claim for obstructive sleep apnea after I found him through hours of online research and comparison. I could tell by the reviews that I was making the best choice for me…and now I absolutely know I did! I contacted him through his online portal and I was contacted the very next business day. The email was detailed with regards to his opinion regarding my case, information that was needed from me, cost for his service, and the timeline. Unfortunately, not sure why, but I hesitated. Big mistake! When I finally sent my information about a month later, there was constant communication. I not only received my IMO when I was told I would receive it, but it very detailed! I’m no medical expert, but after reading through it, I just knew I made the best choice! After I reviewed it, it was then finalized by Dr. Anaise and emailed back to me the very next day. The hard copy was also mailed out two days later! The promptness of Dr. Anaise and Dr. Benham cannot be denied! The only delay in this entire process was when I waited to submit my information to him! I was granted 100% VA disability (less than two months later). The information from Dr. Anaise was clear, service was prompt, and quality was exceptional. He gave me my options which I chose to hire him to represent me. Her drafted a letter for my approval, forwarded it. The letter was quite specific and he reviewed the laws in respect to my case. Mr. Lazaro and his assistant Lori Gray are the best. When I first consulted with them I was nervous and scared, they are both kind and compassionate and put me at ease. Mr. Lazarow resolved an over $100,000 tax debt for me. I never had to interact with the IRS. I now have to pay the IRS only a little over $2000. His fees are reasonable, fair and manageable. We used S. Lazarow for some IRS debt. The whole process is a lengthy one but we were kept in the loop the entire time. Lori his go to person was very easy to work with and made the process easier. IRS debt is a stressfull situation and they were top notch at handling it and keeping us calm while going through it. If we ever need any services again, this will be the firm we use. They also helped us with a CPA recommendation that has worked out very well also.

Early in the morning I get a phone call from my son and he’s panicked telling me he’s been involved in a shooting, for which he was eventually arrested and charge for 2nd degree murder. My wife and I immediately began searching for a criminal attorney and upon recommendation we phoned the law office of Hernandez & Hamilton. After a brief telephone conversation with Josh Hamilton we believed we had found the right attorney for our son. This would then begin what would become a 39 month long legal defense and eventual trial resulting in an acquittal. My wife and I were referred to Mark by a realtor and originally consulted with him on several occasions over the past several years concerning our rental property. We were considering letting the property go into foreclosure for a number of personal reasons. He gave us clear options for us to make an informed decision on how to proceed. We decided to stop payment on the house and let it go into foreclosure. During this process, we consulted with him again to get some clarity on issues we had with the process and he answered all questions and explained in terms that we understood how to continue. The process has taken over 2 years total, and at the beginning of this year (2017), we were served with papers from the bank that a dispute over the description of the property was in question. At this point, we hired Mark to assist with the legal aspect of the banks filing. I have never had the experience of dealing with a lawyer before. Russ Krone has despelled everything I had ever heard about attorneys. He stayed on top of my case, and kept me informed. He was easy to talk to and very informative of what directions I could and should take. He allowed me to make the final dicisions and what would be best for me.
Even now after it is more or less a closed case their are still some loose ends and I call Russ with whatever questions I have and still have to deal with with the my x-partner. He always answers me right away and is happy to find an answer to my problem.

I called Evan Thompson to discuss a serious contractual dispute, and despite it being before hours, he took my call and the time to speak to me. I relied on Corey to help with a somewhat simple post-decree child support case, complicated by the military retirement system. He was on top of everything and fully understood the military pay system and military law as it pertains to family law in Arizona. Corey was hired by me to defended a series of charges. The first charge was for several felony charges that where levied against me for a medical marijuana grow and patient cooperative that did not meet the letter of the law in compliance. After being let out on bail, a traffic stop resulted in a second set of charges by the Pima County Sheriffs department. They siezed my vehicle and charged me with 3 additional felonies. The second charges were an over charge trying to create a case or patern when one did not exist. The first resulted in a plea that ultimately was an undesignated felony that reduced to a misdemeanor after successfully completing my probation and cumminity service. The second set of charges, were ultimately fully dismissed. The Sheriffs department recharged me in different courts after each dismissal but ultimately Corey was able to get all charges dismissed once he could argue the case. Corey was there to explain what was happening and arguing hard for me. He took a very unpleasnt experience and got me a great resolution to a horrible situation. I highly recommend him.
