Okay so let me start off by saying first and foremost Scott Bentley is truly truly the Bentley of all lawyers. From the very very beginning when I caught my case over 3 years ago Scott has been there the entire time. He truly cares about his clients and actually takes the time to make sure he's prepared for all the court dates. He also has a great rapport in the courts and with the judges etc and is very well respected. He truly goes that extra mile. And like I said we fought this case for 3 years and then after the outcome I was arrested and he came to see me in jail and was at all the court days and appeared on a 977 multiple times. My case was extremely extremely complicated and very in-depth. I really don't know what I would have done without him. He is not only a great person in general but he's also very encouraging and positive. I really can't think him enough and I'm here to tell you that if you need a lawyer Scott is the best and you won't be disappointed. So please don't make the mistake of hiring somebody else because I don't think there's any other lawyer like Scott Bentley.

Mr. Winfield is the professional lawyer to choose when your blind-sided and in need of extreme help, with good advice. I had a great experience working with Michael and team. I had an issue arising from an injury claim on my property which was an extremely stressful situation . I was very fortunate to be provided the services of Michael through my insurance carrier. Michael did an exceptional job negotiating a settlement which worked out the best for everyone involved. Michael and I worked together as attorney and client, respectively, from 2019-2021 when Slaughter, Reagan & Cole was retained by an insurance carrier to defend our company when sued by a group of tenants of an apartment building we had sold four years earlier. After extensive discovery the suit was settled in mediation. He was instrumental in the outcome: resolution and dismissal with prejudice. Michael demonstrated significant skill and knowledge. His leadership of the firm's team brought attention to detail and a dogged perseverance. The result was the best outcome possible in the challenging tenant-oriented California legal environment. Jill handled my personal injury auto vs. semi truck case with tenacity and grace. She kept me informed and calm during this long process. Through 4 or 5 different insurance claim adjusters for the other guy and a huge bureaucratic maze with Kaiser, Jill showed her legal skills and utilized her powers of persuasion to get the whole thing resolved. As a woman who has been the sole-owner of my company since it was started in 1978 I was terrified of losing my business and livelihood.

My wife and I owned and operated a small restaurant that, with the economic decline we were not able to keep up with all of our bills. We were being sued by creditors and the landlord. I remember a time when I was on top of the world. Everything I touch turned to gold, any idea I had I knew would be successful. Those were the days I thought I was untouchable, and quite honestly I was. I had found success, financial security and was living the life I always wanted. I was providing for my kids making my family proud did not have a care in the world. We thought our trust would be complicated since we have several properties, bank accounts, children and businesses. There was only one person we knew that had the advanced expertise to create our trust. We first hired SusAnne and her team in 2004 to create our trust. We attended an estate planning workshop, & found it to be very informative. The presenters helped clarify the processes & advantages of estate planning for us in language we could understand.
We preferred to do business with Botti & Morrison because they are specialists in this area. We were happy they took care of the documents & filing required, & especially liked the fact that we can contact their firm with any questions or changes to our Trust WITHOUT any additional fees. I was devastatingly injured by a careless suspended driver who lost control and wrecked my vehicle and life. I was left stunned, physically and emotionally unable to deal with minimal day–to-day living, let alone with corporate entities who were looking out for their bottom line, not wanting to guide me into getting the full benefit of what I had been paying years for, and was due, in such an unfortunate “accident” as this.
Randy was a referral, and he took care of literally everything. I didn't have to carry any load, or worry about any detail being left undone, all while receiving regular progress emails and phone calls. When calling, or visiting the office, Natalie was always attentive to my needs in a welcoming, cheerful and professional manner.

Had something troubling me so called and spoke to someone who said they would return my call when an attorney was available. Since it was the weekend I was expecting to receive a call Monday or after but not even 5 minutes later my call was returned. Spoke about my situation and agreed to meet me in less than 30 minutes. Went above and beyond to address all my concerns. If I were to ever get into any legal issues they would be my first call.

Marc is a complete fraud.
He hired me a while ago to do a circuit simulation project. He received perfect results and didn't pay me a penny, citing various excuses.
The price for the project is only $350, but I requested that they pay at least $200 for my daughter's medicine, but they have not responded at all.
I don't understand at all how a person like this became a medical lawyer and CEO.
Never deal with people like this.
I am disillusioned with this sloppy, fraudulent person who deceived me, and from now on I will continue to post criticism of this person online.

Mr Liss was paid $500 as a retainer for my probate matter. He made several broken promises. He had promised me paperwork to file and never provided it. A week later I email Mr Liss for the paperwork and he never responded. I then called him and he also never answered Two weeks after the promised paperwork to file he avoided my calls so I called from an alternate number. And guess what he answered! He couldn’t grasp his words when he answered and then again promised me the paperwork that weekend. Once again he failed on his word to provide it to me. So I wrote Mr Liss today and told him moving forward I am hiring someone new because this matter is very important to me. I basically got a letter sent to the other party for $500. Don’t waste your money.

After paying him 500.00 to file some papers with the courts he has seem to disappear not returning my calls or messages I've sent him. I don't recommend this attorney to anyone.

A few years ogo i got my self into some trouble and brown was my pub. def. and he was such a District attorney brown nose, he did not have any experience in Receiving Stolen property all he could tell me was what the DA is offering me and nothing he could do for me it was and the DA had nothing on me and i was unexperienced and scared and took the DA deal and thats was the end of my life. and i thank brown for nothing.
