Craig Jarvis did an excellent job representing me through the entire disability process. I utilized Mrs. Earle in defense of an appeal of my unemployment benefits case. I was surprised at how thoroughly and quickly she understood my case. She represented me on the phone hearing with the Administrative Law Judge and the employer. She was very thorough and aggressive with my case and won the hearing hands down. I now collect my unemployment benefits weekly as deserved. I would highly recommend her for any case involving her specialty, Labor and unemployment law.

Ms. Earle was impressive from the first moment we met. She is upfront and forthcoming, and will not give false hope or promises. The Board of Directors of my Organization gave me the responsibility to handle a contractual dispute with a major hotel chain in Vermont, where we had just held our national convention. Not knowing any Attorneys in Vermont, I relied on the internet. I made several phone calls and sent many e:mails trying to motivate an Attorney to handle to respond to my request. NONE DID!!! Then I reached out to Dennis Wygmans, Esq., who returned my call immediately. I asked to explain my problem without any interruption. At the end of my explanation, he cited several state laws which applied to my situation. He then gave me his professional background and his expertise in contractual law. He contined to explain how he would proceed and what would probably take place. Mr. Wygman outlined his fees and cost of further litigation if we couldn't settle our differences. I knew then that I had the right person for the job. I was so impressed with his professionalism and expertise I asked if he would take the case, which he did. After many conversations and e:mails, Mr. Wygman negotiated a very satisfactory settlement. I would never hesitate to recommend his knowledge, expertise and work ethics.

Austin truly cares about his clients and you are definitely not just another case when Austin is representing you. He always gets back to you to answer all questions either through email or a phone call or both when necessary. He makes sure to pay attention to details and he will see your case through from start to finish. Austin is truly one of the "good guys" a true modern day Perry Mason mold of a lawyer who will genuinely do his best to represent you and he will not just try to push you through the system like a lot of lawyers want to do these days. Andy Delaney is the best attorney on planet earth. He is Tom Brady meets William Wallace meets Gandalf. My wife and I were in an all-of-a-sudden horrible and complex situation through no fault of our own (which I won’t be getting into here). We exhausted several family and friend recommendations for legal counsel in this area but it seemed that no one could/would help with our case. Then, after seeing the high Google review ratings, we decided to take a chance on MDR who were at least willing to meet with me. About five minutes into the meeting, realizing the complexity of the situation, the guy I was meeting with says, “I think I need to get my boss.” Enter Andy… Within one hour I walked out with a cohesive plan of action, and (despite MONTHS of research on my own) a hundred times more understanding of the legal circumstances we were in. Andy ended up taking over our case and delivered like you read about. I can’t say enough good things about Andy. The dude saved our bacon when we needed it most. There are already plenty of reviews talking about how intelligent, professional, funny, and caring he is (all of which I absolutely agree with); so I'll just say that if you're seeking legal counsel and you find anyone on earth that's better than Andy... It's a pleasure to recommend E. Darby Herrington as a thorough, empathic, and excellent lawyer. My recent experience with her began when I asked her to draft a pre-nuptial agreement between my husband-to-be, a Quebecer, and me, a US citizen. My husband's and my goal was to make it clear to all that my assets were to remain mine, in the event of death or divorce after our marriage, so that no one--especially my three sons--would suspect that this marriage was about my assets. Darby drafted a comprehensive and excellent agreement, which my husband was completely willing to sign. We then learned that pre-nups don't hold much weight given Quebec's division of marital assets laws. So, on Darby's advice, we turned in another direction, and drafted an irrevocable trust, placing the assets I identified into the trust, now held by my sons. This work required several meetings, my sons were present for some of them, and throughout, Darby listened carefully and produced the documents we needed to accomplish our goals. I will, without hesitation, use Darby's services in the future. One additional note: When I had a question about immigration law and in what country my husband and I should marry, Darby--not being well-versed in immigration law--gave me a referral that turned out to be excellent. I mention this because it's evidence of Darby's integrity, I think, that she doesn't pretend to know about things that she doesn't know about. I believe she's your best bet! --Otho Thompson

My wife and I worked with Brian and Olivia for her immigration and they were both great! A big reason I went with MSK is because of my first phone conversation with Olivia. Both Brian and Olivia were super attentive, talked over things with me numerous times, and were always quick to respond to my emails and calls. They were the only place who were honest and upfront about the price which gave me piece of mind knowing the cost wouldn’t spiral out of control like many of the other lawyers/firms I contacted initially. I contacted numerous individual immigration lawyers in Vermont who wouldn’t even give me a shred of information until I payed their fee, maybe that’s how it is with lawyers but it felt downright rude to me. Also completely unwillingly to talk about price, even in the vaguest of terms. So when I finally contacted MSK and spoke to Olivia you could imagine my surprise when someone treated me with respect and actually told me a price. Save yourself the stress, for immigration go with MSK. Highly recommended.

I worked with Kate Dingle (Kronk) at Murphy, Sullivan and Kronk to sell my Internet marketing business to venture capitalists on the East Coast. She did an exceptional job. She managed the process, negotiated the terms working against a team of very experienced VC lawyers, and was relentless in pursuing my interests. As a result of her work I received top dollar and also avoided signing several alternative deals that she advised me were not up to snuff. She was right about the latter. Most impressively she not only knows the law but fights for and pushes back for her clients refusing to accept smoke screens and poorly pitched and conceived terms of acquisition and ownership. I hired MSK after a year long dismal and incredibly expensive experience with a larger firm, Downes Rachlin and Martin (DRM). MSK is much smaller, but they proved much better lawyers, more deeply engaged in the outcome, knowledgeable of business law, and more reasonable in their fees. Grateful for their advice and assistance which paid off in spades in finally closing a deal that DRM had dragged through their billing machine for over a year.

These folks were fantastic until they weren't. They overlooked at close a Homestead Property Tax refund that resulted in thousands of dollars lost. Vermont statutes state these refunds go to the sellers. A simple escrow fund would have taken care of this. It took months to get answers and several flippant remarks along the way. There advice given was simply to sue the new buyers or complete a withdrawal which would have doubled the $ lost. They didn't even provide a link on how to sue if I had chosen that path. (not) They took absolutely zero responsibility for their oversight and didn't so much as offer and apology for their obvious mistake. Sadly , I would give them negative 5 stars based on my experience.

Our experience with this firm was terrible. They were very unprofessional and remarkably poor communicators. We were clients of theirs until one day they decided to dump us due to circumstances they could not articulate nor keep straight, offering stuttering excuses that contradicted one another. Steer clear of this firm, they are only after the big bucks and the notoriety of richer clients.

As far as I can tell, this isn’t a real lawyer. I’ve called the number and left messages a couple times over the past couple weeks. 1. There’s nothing about the voicemail that even mentions anything about any type of legal anything. 2. You leave you name, number, brief message. Never a call back. 3. Nobody I’ve spoken to in this area has ever heard of James McFaul. Don’t get your hopes up.

I don’t recommend this firm because I called a few times and never received a call back. Vermont lawyers are pretty terrible. This has been my experience with VT lawyers across the state.

I can't recommend Ed Fitzpatrick enough. He is a fantastic lawyer and good person. He took care of my grandfather's legal needs and his estate and couldn't have done a better job. He is honest, experienced, and trustworthy. Highly recommend anyone/everyone to use him for their estate/will (or anything else).

We met Josh initially for a worker comp case for my husband and we couldn't be happier with the result. He was always in contact to let us know what was going on with the case. Since he was attentive in our case we have since decided to use him again for other matters. Josh never made is feel like a dollar sign. Attorneys like Josh are hard to find.
