Over a 20 year period, my partners and I built a business from nothing to over $40 million and 200 employees at its top before selling to an international investment group in 2010. For 15 of those years we worked closely with Mike Curry. Mike set up our HR department; we were able to effectively manage this very sensitive area by allocating responsibility through our highly skilled Controller, thus no HR Director, staff, and large associated expenses. While occasional disputes did occur; they were minor both from financial, goodwill, and professional fee standpoints. Mike's insight and oversight of our HR was invaluable in preserving a high level of legal compliance; more importantly in maintaining excellent employee relations.
Equally as important was Mike's demonstrated leadership in strategy once any dispute, employment law, contracts, etc., on the rare instance, moved from sabre rattling to summons. Each time, within 24 hours of notice, Mike would have us recite relationship history and why failure occurred. We'd examine our position objectively, develop a preliminary approach, and he'd call opposing counsel. Mike allowed no dallying on either side, seeking resolution in his unrelenting, 100% focused, business like way. What smart CEO wants any dispute to linger? We all have better things to do. Mike made sure we returned to our executive stations in record time.
In all the years we worked together, I believed Mike delivered the best possible service, never once feeling that we "lost" or could have done better. His guidance, frankness, and integrity was always welcome helping to prevent needless loss, endless distraction, or worse. Mike is one exceptional professional and I highly recommend him.

I had been putting off setting up an LLC for my business for years; that kind of thing is really confusing and intimidating for me. Jason took the time to explain everything to me in plain English, mixing it with the legal terms so I'd become familiar with them. Usually I hesitate to ask questions because I fear they may be redundant or silly, but Jason made me feel totally comfortable in making sure I was fully informed on everything that was happening. In about 15 minutes, he set up my LLC, made sure I had received all my pertinent documents, and went over each one with me. I would highly recommend Jason Roderiques for any legal assistance or representation relating to this field.

I am a recording artist from South Florida. I recently worked with Jason Roderiques on my management contracts as well as my deal with iTunes. The management contract was extremely important because it dictated my music career for 2 years after the signing of the document. Jason spent countless hours going over the contract with me so that I fully understood every part of the document. He then advised me on changes that would benefit me and then he revised the contract. Months after I signed the contract I realized that my management did not have my best intrest at heart and immediately contacted Jason regarding my options. Jason informed me of the proper steps to take so that I may get out of my contract. These steps were part of the revisions Jason made! So without his help I might have been stuck in a sticky situation for 2 years. He is extremely detailed orientated and always goes above and beyond. I will never sign another contract without representation from Mr. Roderiques. He is also the most efficient and timely lawyer I have had the pleasure of working with. I hired Ms. Biswanger to represent me in a dispute with a former employer who owed me a lot of money. She warned me of the difficulty of collecting money from someone like him and worked out the most cost-effective way to get at least something from this guy. She did an excellent job.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND the court experience in any capacity, especially civil, as it is nether enjoyable or exhilarating! However if you do find yourself in a series of events in which you are forced to participate in this most awful experience , whether it be as plaintiff or defendant, Shari R Gelfont Williams is who you want in your corner for all matters of Family Law, VERY knowledgeable, SUPER responsive (text, email or general questions concerns) All around positive CAN DO ATITUDE!!! She is not a scrupulous attorney. Typical family lawyer who tried to milk billable hours and at the last minute reinserts stipulations that both parties previously agreed to remove. I guess you could call her aggressive but I think she acted in a very scummy way.

I consulted with Mr. Whitman in the fall of 2018 for a difficult situation with my business and a customer. After the initial conversation, I was told this was an easy case for me to settle and win. Through negotiations it became obvious that Mr. Whitman did not have all of the information necessary to defend my business. Ultimately, what was told to me was a simple case cost me 1/2 of a year's salary and much time.

I asked this lawyer back in March of 2007 to help me. He asked for 300.00. I dont know what he looks like neither do I know what he sounds like. I have to beg him for letters and to find out what is happening to my case. He promises to send letters to me and I receive nothing. I dont know if this man is real or not. Never get a lawyer over the internet, stick with the pages.
