I was involved in a pressure situation due to the actions of a very large insurance agency. They were threatening to close down my business to collect on a debt which my company did not owe. Even after we proved that the inflated debt was calculated on faulty data, they continued to send harassing letters, demands for payment and finally the Marshall. Mr. Cuevas stepped in and was able to offer a simple, effective solution that none of the other lawyers I spoke with had even suggested. He stopped the action with one visit to court. The whole case will now be revisited before a judge so that the evidence we have gathered can be produced and a final decision in our favor is not far off. We were only days away from having a business which took me 35 years to build shut down. Mr. Cuevas is sharp, professional and every bit as good as Avvo states. Probably even better.

When I hired Wilson Soto, I was thinking he was working for me, but not at all, he was working for the other side. When in court, he is not a responsible lawyer either. When I fire him, he did not feel ok and with all he knew about my case, he spoke to the court authority who was handle my divorce case in court and this person inmediately change his/her mind about my case. I could not even say anything to defend myself in this court.
If you respect yourself and look for a honest lawyer, do not hire Wilson Soto at all.
