When people say they have a great lawyer and, someone they can recommend, there is a natural inclination to still feel uneasy. What do you mean by a "great lawyer" they ask me. Why do you recommend him? In short: Scott F. Wyatt represents something more than just your run-of-the-mill attorney. A man who will not only treat you like family, but is passionate about doing so!
When I first met Scott F. Wyatt the attributes that struck me immediately were: His attentive nature, calm disposition and "one of the good ole boys" attitude. I never felt rushed or worried when we were sitting in the courthouse before trial. In fact, after we went over how we were going to approach the trial, we kicked back and talked fishing, sports, music (dude has some great taste) and a little philosophy. This made my very stressful situation seem like dust in the breeze at times.
Now, he's where his true talent comes into play. I was in quite a bit of trouble. I had a potential DUI, which, in my opinion, was wrongly accused. I felt like there was nothing I could do, though. That is, until Scott Wyatt looked over my case.
He made sure we covered EVERY avenue, EVERY nook and cranny. By the time we were done he had amassed for me a case that was not only expertly constructed, but also passionately. This is because Scott Wyatt doesn't do this just for the money, he has STRONG CONVICTIONS towards helping his client and an abusive system that manipulates the weak. Trust me when I say that if you are the underdog, he's the best man in the business to even those odds.
As mentioned previously, I was so intimidated, I was so frustrated. He raised my spirits and my confidence, but he never promised me something he could not do. He reminded me, "Look Josh, we got a strong case, but there's a chance we don't come out of this without a black eye.", but when I made my decision to take this to trial, he was behind me 100%.
To make a long story short, we pressed on, it was a battle of attrition. He showed me how to present myself to the judge, told me to get recommendations from work, my union, family, friends, community service. Then first of many settlements approached...
A year probation, fines and a lowered charge. However, it would've stayed on my record and I wasn't going to stand for that. When I showed my desire to fight, I could have sworn I saw the fangs of a lion in his smile. So, we declined and pressed for trial.
After a few more lack luster settlements, the day before trial, I got a phone call. They wanted to settle... I went to court and the results were in: Expired tabs, what I was ORIGINALLY pulled over for. I couldn't believe it, but Scott could.
After the trial we kicked back at my house by the pool, had a barbecue and smoked some well deserved cigarettes. To me, Scott is MUCH MORE than just your run-of-the-mill paper work lawyer. He's a true diamond in the ruff. There is no better man in Michigan for your legal troubles. He's passionate, strong, believes in his ability to succeed and will make you feel like family.
So, when I say I have lawyer for you, I mean much, much more than that. I have not only a lawyer for you but someone who, after my experience with him, I can call on as a friend. Who looks out for his client like the alpha wolf leads the pack. So when your legal issues look too tough, I recommend Michigan's "diamond in the ruff" Scott F. Wyatt.

I am no one of particular importance...of absolutely ZERO consequence. When I leave this world, I will've done more to "remember" than to "be remembered". And It is with tremendous esteem and profound gratitude that I write this review of Ms. Ashley McIntosh, doubtful that I'll see her again...grateful for her service...sorrow-filled I couldn't thank her in person...and...proud of this simple opportunity in which I can briefly share with all those who might be seek help, in earnest, in keeping with my own experience. A harrowing experience through which I was safely I guided by Ms McIntosh. Her counsel affected me to such an extent it was just cause for me to re-assess my life, and re-prioritize whatever precious little time I might have left... Because of my attorney, because of her compelling arguments, her patience, her compassion, her keen social skills, her understanding of "the struggle" and the uphill climb, ....because she took as much time as she was able, to understand my individual situation... The portrait of me she painted before the court was true and accurate, and accentuated by a warm glow of a soft spot light whose forced illumination revealed every part of my life in gentle ways so as to celebrate the "for betters" and provide meaning and understanding when explaining "For Worse" ...She proffered rationale arguments, brokering in urgency for my sake, while methodically defending me with intelligence repartee if/when necessary...She made the unwavering push towards our predetermined goal...After that first hearing when the Court sought either to better understand my position, or to establish some kind of baseline for my morality, Ashley was lightning quick in her effort to protect me with her brilliant articulacy in response to the direct query. Make no mistake about it, she was defending the sick with sensible, compelling eloquence...she had the necessary words on hand to speak the very things I could not say due to medical impairment. I am eternally grateful for her representation. She helped me see that my thinking needed to change...And she never once said as much to me. I was visiting Michigan in 2022 and I was hit head on while at a stop sign...my arm has had very significant damage. Yet nobody would take my case and represent me. But HTY jumped right on board and they got to work. They are very thorough and very well skilled in the law. .
