I found Kristine after having some issues with an attorney I'd hired for my personal injury case, and I desperately wish I had gone to her to begin with! She sat down with me for an hour and walked me through every aspect of my case and my options, something my original attorney had severely neglected to do. She was sympathetic and encouraging and gave me honest answers even when they didn't include retaining her services. I hired John to help with a personal injury case that I was unable to settle on my own. I wish I would have just hired him from the beginning and saved myself time and headache.
In the end, we didn't have to go to trial and ended up receiving the settlement amount that we asked for in arbitration. This is due John being a shrewd negotiator and to what I like to call "out lawyering" the insurance company's counsel. He had knowledge of cases that the other lawyer was not aware of.
I can also not say enough about his support staff. They are responsive, informative, and personable.

This was my first time having to hire a lawyer and my husband and I did considerable research before hiring Scott. Scott was so helpful and thoughtful throughout the entire process of helping my family through a tragic Medical Malpractice claim. His integrity, compassion, and knowledge and ability to guide me through the complex process are the reasons why I would whole-heartedly recommend Scott.

Mr. Quick was kind enough to spend ten minutes to advise me on a legal matter I had regarding a collision and insurance problem that did not ultimately require legal assistance but did need some brief guidance. He was clear that hiring an attorney would not be of value at this point but was generous with good advice on what my next steps would best be. So glad I contacted him and if I ever do need an attorney in his field of practice I would contact him instantly for his intelligence, expertise, and basic generosity.

I contacted Matt Quick after my first lawyer failed several times to respond to my inquiries. From the first day we spoke, until the case was completed, Mr. Quick was responsive, sympathetic and extremely professional. In addition to keeping me well informed, he explained all of the legal and medical issues in plain English. I also know for a fact he spent many hours dealing with insurance representatives who were "less than cooperative."
I am in my sixties and have dealt with the many members of the legal profession throughout my adult life. I can say without question that Matt Quick is one wonderful lawyer! Should the need arise, you will be smart to read about the others, and then hire Matt Quick!

I was referred to Elizabeth by one of my healthcare providers, and while I was scared to reach out at first - it was the best decision I ever made. Elizabeth supported me through 3 years of physical therapy and doctors appointments. She was patient, communicative, and an amazing negotiator. She did all the work I would have never known how to do - collecting medical bills, deferring payments, working with my insurance, and advocating fr me with the car insurance companies. I communicated directly with Elizabeth - and she did the rest.
My medical ended up all being covered, and I got a settlement check at the end of the process as well.

Chris did an amazing job for me! It was my first time ever running through the legal system and he was very helpful and descriptive through every part of the process! After getting my DUI and navigating the uncharted waters of endless attorneys I found Christopher. After speaking with him the first time I knew I was going to hire him and told him shortly after that same day. He's genuine, down to earth and charged a very fair price. What can I say?...he went to bat for me. He continuously pushed for the results we were focused on with the City of Seattle prosecutor. We got the results we wanted and I can't be more thankful. Christopher kept me in the loop on what to expect and what had or hadn't transpired. He was transparent throughout the process and let me know what I could do to be ahead of the game and proactive. It was my first DUI w/ a refusal greater than +.15 BAC. I had 2 prior alcohol related offenses on my record and we were able to get it reduced down to a DUI no test. Originally the prosecutor wanted 2yrs ignition interlock, 2 days in jail plus 30 days electronic home monitoring and 5 years bench probation. However, Chris was able to get it down to 1 year ignition interlock, 30 days electronic home monitoring and no probation. He was honest enough to tell me as well that I had a refund coming my way per our contractual agreement. Something that I didn't even know. Hire him should you have the opportunity.

I have also sent a friend to him & will continue to do this as he is terrific.
When we went to mediation he drove way out of his way in the snow to pick me up. That meant he had to go from Seattle to Bellevue then back to Seattle, then brought me back home then he had to go back to Seattle where he lives. All this in the snow, I don't know anyone that would go way out of their way to do this for a client, it just speaks of his professional way of taking care of his client
When ever I had a question he always got right back to me, never made me feel I was bothering him

I do not write lightly when I say David B. Richardson is trustworthy, (highly) knowledgeable and an overachiever. His representation has helped me moved on with my life during the whole case proceeding. Please note I said I moved on with my life "during" and not after the case was closed. The stress and negativity from the beginning was lifted off from my shoulders. I did not have to worry if Item A was completed, if Item B was given notice, if Item C received X and so forth. My worries and sleepless nights ended when Mr. Richardson represented my family and I.
He treated us with the utmost respect and always gave us his undivided attention. There were many hoops and hurdles, and although at times it was very stressful, David B. Richardson always assured my family and I that he has everything in control (and he did!). He never made us feel that our actions were limited.
