Paul is a wonderful attorney and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have their license reinstated. My husbands license was revovked for nearly a decade he was very intimidated by the process to have it reinstated. My husband said Paul was very personable, easy to talk with and put him at ease. While walking my dog in my neighborhood one Sunday morning, a dog launched himself through a screened window that had a hole in it.
The german shepherd grabbed my arm and mauled me severely while dragging me into the driveway next to the house. After emergency surgery to repair the damage from a compound fracture (including plates and screws) and a stay in the hospital, I began the search for an attorney to guide me through the legal process of addressing the incident.
Because of a previous auto accident when I was represented by Barry Lakritz, and because of the level of trust I had in him and his team, I reached out to his office to see if this would be something they could help me with. Once they saw the pictures of my arm prior to surgery, they immediately agreed to handle my grievance against the homeowner.
I understood how the process worked and that it might take some amount of time to gather evidence and process it through whatever necessary systems (i.e., insurance claim, court, etc). But, Lakritz Law took the time to keep in touch with me and explain exactly what was happening. They even came to the courthouse to view my personal petition regarding the disposition of the animal that attacked me (something they do not legally handle).

Mr. Googasian helped assist me with my Class Action against Sallie Mae. Him and the rest of his staff were very approachable and were able to answer whatever questions I had. Mr. Googasian and his team represented the students of Computer Training.com in a class action lawsuit (Smith vs. Computer Training.com) after the school closed its doors, failing to keep it's promise of lifetime job placement. I've never been personally involved with a legal case and was very hesitant to trust and believe a lawyer could help my situation. To my surprise the firm was very responsive and Dean himself would get involved via phone or email follow-ups since we live in different states. Once my hearing was arranged, he took the time to answer all my questions and prepare me for the environment what was laying ahead.

About 4 years ago my wife had made the call to ABC law centers after researching various attorneys. We had actually been give an attorney’s phone number from a friend which we called. He talked to me for about two minutes and had no interest in trying to help. He wanted us to ask the doctors what happened to our son and then get back with him.
Jesse Reiter was FAR more concerned with trying to help us find out what had caused Matthew’s condition. He and his team took over an hour talking with my wife over the phone gathering information and then sent out the necessary paperwork so they could start looking into what had happened to Matthew. Since we had twin boys, Matthew and Andrew, they assured us that this was their specialty and they would get us answers.
The process then began with more paperwork and meetings as well as creating a video documentary for the care and condition of our son Matthew. All of this was done very professionally and within our hectic schedule. At no time did we ever feel like we were being pressured and everyone was very sympathetic to our needs.
Jesse Reiter and Rebecca Walsh worked very hard for us in this 4 year process. Jesse Reiter even commented on this being one of his longest cases that he has handled, but at no time did they waiver from the end goal of finding out what had caused Matthew’s condition.
Jesse and Rebecca did an AWESOME job of being sympathetic, patient, understanding and caring in their handling of our son’s case. Because of their hard work and persistence we are now assured of Matthew’s future care. This is a HUGE weight off of our minds because, as many parents, we were concerned of Matthew’s future for when we would no longer be around.

Mr. Janks is an incredibly competent, responsive, and knowledgable attorney. He alleviated all my fears while keeping me updated on all proceedings and possible outcomes in an expedited manner. This allowed me the autonomy to make the best decisions based on those outcomes. I trusted his knowledge and expertise. There were nights I would send or receive an email and he responded almost immediately. Any time I had to contact him via telephone, he was almost always available and if he wasn't, would get back to me as soon as possible. I never had to wait for his response to any of my questions. Mr. Janks was patient when he needed to explain the legal proceedings and allowed me the privilege of asking any question without judgement. He utilized very knowledgable and unbiased expert witnesses that uncovered areas in my case that I was not aware were jeopardized in my prior legal case. I had a lawyer before Mr. Saperstein. He was not attentive to my needs and never communicated with me. I didn't feel like the customer. He was assigned as a PD in my case in Oakland County circuit. They hadn't given me his name. He called me for the first time while I was in the car on the way to the court house, 20 minutes before the hearing. He left a voice-mail and then texted me telling me to call him, but yeah bro, I was kinda busy trying to figure out where I was supposed to be. He didn't show up in person (he was on Zoom) and still managed to be late, inconveniencing everyone involved. When I told the judge he doesn't know anything about my case and that I'd be happy to self-represent today, he asked to be released. He should be released from all future cases, in my opinion. Huge waste of my time.
