I cannot say enough about Rons professional ability. My case was a modification of alimony.
As soon as he heard details of my case he said he believed I had a good one. In fact he had just won a similar case. So he went to work. At his recommendation, we hired a forensic accountant which was a great idea, so that Ron could focus on the law and the accountant could crunch the numbers!!
We ended up going to trial, and his preparation and delivery was amazing. He methodically delivered the facts of the case. His exams of all witnesses were incredible.
All along he worked to keep me calm and confident.
His paralegal Jamie was so understanding and patient with me during the whole process.
So bottom line, alimony was "modified " to zero!!! After negotiation with opposing counsel I didnt have to pay opposing counsel legal fees. And finally I could sleep at night because he negotiated that there would be no appeal. His outcome was 3 for 3 in decisions and negotiations.
Thus I give Ron my highest recommendation. Let him review your case.

I contacted Trial Lawyers of the Palm Beaches after two cars collided in front of me and one of them came straight into me at about 45 miles an hour. I knew I was hurt, but I did not know how bad it was. Not only did I get the care I needed- but my goal was to come out of it not owing medical bills. I was stunned at what Samantha was able to do for me. My bills were completely covered and Sam achieved a settlement that was ELEVEN TIMES what the insurance company offered me!
