Rober is the best personal injury I ever know, got a car accident last year was very angry and frustrated , however , with his help, he is super responsive and professional that makes me feel confident to have him handle my case and makes me release! I'm so glad I hire him, I used to have bad experience with other lawyers but he is the best so far , will use him again for future. Without hesitation, my opinion is that my grandson and family were hugely fortunate that The Heller Law Firm represented us in what turned out to be a very complicated case of medical negligence. My joy and excitement only moments before the birth of my first grandchild turned into panic and desperation while hospital staff attempted to resuscitate him. The medical and physically disabling consequences of my grandson’s brain injury due to an unfortunate and unnecessary traumatic birth slowly emerged over the next couple of years. For me, it was a personal struggle to both acknowledge and confront the obvious permanent disabilities that my little grandson would be challenged with at such a young age and for the rest of his life. Moreover, the notion of pursuing a complicated and likely long legal battle of medical negligence against healthcare providers was not something I was eager to pursue and nor was I optimistic that we would have good results. However, we were highly encouraged to seek personal injury legal advice from Stephen Heller and his daughter, Shayne Heller LaChapelle. At our first meeting with Mr. Heller, Ms. LaChapelle and their support staff, we were reassured that the forthcoming legal process would be managed professionally and would move along as easy and efficiently as possible. Gary was referred to me by a friend. Unfortunately, he did not work out. He was handling two cases of mine on a contingency in which I was the plaintiff, an auto accident and an assault case. He mishandled both cases and I fired him. My assault case was almost dismissed because Mr. Eisenberg failed to file the proper paperwork in time. The second attorney I found to handle my cases, had to go in front of a judge and argue to keep my assault case open and not let it be dismissed. My second attorney was successful in his efforts. I would not recommend Mr. Eisenberg.

I can't describe in words because words are not good enough for him. He's not just a lawyer, he's a person who treats people like they are the only person he's helping. Lawyers may have a bad reputation but Gary Eisenberg breaks the mold. You don't know what kind of service you're getting with a lawyer you don't know but I took that chance years ago with a dog bite case and won. Exceptional service that far surpasses all others. A couple of years ago I needed his service again for a car accident and won. Winning wasn't the only thing that impressed me. Gary remembered me from years earlier in the dog bite case. I've referred him to family members and friends and Gary impressed them all.
