Mr. Wills has always been kind and patient with me, while remaining dedicated and unrelenting with my case. The title of my review is "Thank You" because I will tell this man 'thank you' every single chance I get, not only for ensuring a fair outcome in my case but for always treating me with dignityand compassion. If you are like me, the idea of finding a trustworthy lawyer feels similar to the idea of finding a trustworthy car mechanic. It sounds like an oxymoron and I can't help but think, 'does one even exist?' As it turns out, yes, at least one does, and his name is Mr. Andrew Wills. I'll be forever grateful to have had Mr. Wills as my lawyer and advocate throughout my case. There *might* be—and I mean *might* be—other injury lawyers who are as good as Mr. Wills but there's no way there are any who are better. Impossible. To Mr. Wills: as always, thank you.

I was in a not-at-fault auto accident in Colorado Springs, where I was rear-ended, and my car was totaled. After speaking with Mr. Clawson, I retained him as my attorney. I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Moran, Allen and Associates, specifically from Michael Allen. I sought their assistance during one of the most vulnerable and traumatic times in my life as a victim of domestic violence, only to be met with insensitivity, lack of preparation, and poor communication.
During a critical phone call, Michael began the conversation by dismissively stating, “I do not see abuse here, maybe just him being rude,” despite clear evidence of threats, physical harm, and audio recordings of my abuser threatening violence. This statement was not only disheartening but also invalidating. It was clear that my evidence was not reviewed beforehand, which left me feeling blindsided and unsupported.
Additionally, Michael requested that I rewrite important documents due to formatting issues and made comments about his communication style, admitting, “I’ve been told I don’t always say things the right way.” As a victim of domestic violence, I expected empathy and professionalism—qualities that were severely lacking.
To make matters worse, only days before my Temporary Protection Order (TPO) hearing, the firm informed me they had a conflict of interest and could no longer represent me. This is something that should have been identified at the outset, not at such a critical time. Their mishandling of my case added unnecessary stress and jeopardized my ability to feel protected.
I share this review to warn others who may be in similar vulnerable situations. Victims deserve lawyers who will advocate for them with care, respect, and competence. My experience with this firm did not meet those standards, and I hope they address these issues to better serve others in the future.

These lawyers are not for the faint of heart. If you are easily offended go somewhere else. However, they are straight shooters and tell you like it is. They don’t coddle you. On the flip side I probably wasn’t the easiest client lol! With that being said they didn’t lead me astray. I listened to their advice all the way through my divorce and child custody proceedings. They had great great advice on ways to get ahead of things. The only thing I think they could work in is communication. I felt out of the loop on things at times. Maybe that was because I’ve never had to do anything like this before and no clue what the process was and they’ve done this for so long that they assume clients have certain knowledge. In the end I got everything I wanted and a little extra. Thank you guys so much!

Our son was recently named in an unfounded, false and potentially defamatory accusation. We consulted Mr. Laybourne to see what options may be available to us in the event this false accusation is filed.
Brad not only talked to my husband a couple of times on the phone, but was also willing to meet with us in person so I could receive some clarification and understand the situation better.
He spent quite a bit of time with us and at no point did I feel rushed through or patronized. I'm sure he hears about these situations every day.
Brad was highly professional, patient, yet personable and we could tell he understood by asking pertinent questions while we repeated our concerns over and over.

Several years ago this lawyer did an amazing job in getting me a settlement after a motorcycle accident, a hit and run also. He found the driver and sent me to several doctors to be taken care of. It also only took a couple months. Other lawyers told me it could take a year or more, but not with Mr.Collins. Since then he had represented my son and my wife, my mother in law and now a neighbor. Absolutely the best and most caring attorney in Colorado Springs. Would call him every time if I needed to.

Twice now I've been in touch with Patrick Collins. Both were for automobile accidents 15 years apart. Both times he took care of us like we were family and even remembered me after 15 years. Excellent communication skills. Was given the time and attention I personally needed, as well as the time and attention my case needed.
After being rear ended I called up the office and felt like they put everything else on hold to focus on me.
We quickly got appointments to be evaluated and to make a treatment plan. When I had questions Ken and his office went above and beyond during Covid to accommodate face time and zoom calls, or quick texts.
There was a point when I didn’t like the doctor I was working with and in less than an hour I had appointments with another office who made me feel comfortable.
After three months I have no out of pocket medical expenses and we are working for a fair compensation. I feel respected and valued, I feel trust in the process laid out for me, and in the action taken to follow that plan. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

I had a complex and unusual case - two car accidents within 4 months (neither were my fault). I don't take any medications and advocate for my own healthcare - so hadn't seen an MD until just before the 2nd accident happened.
Due to this scenario, THREE attorneys told me I had a case, then kicked me to the curb when they realized they'd actually have to work hard to make any money from my cases. The 3rd attorney did this 30 days before the statute of limitations ran out - although he did help me to find Jeremy.
Jeremy led me through the entire process - often dealing with my anger at the unfairness of the entire situation. He was kind, truthful, conscientious and personable the whole way.
I believe he concluded my case with the best possible outcome.
I've recommended Jeremy to every single person I've spoken to since my cases regarding a referral for an attorney. In my opinion, you couldn't ask for a better attorney to work with.

I was referred to Jeremy by a coworker who experienced a similar situation. I was injured in a car wreck, which caused back injuries and repairs to my vehicle. Jeremy set up doctors consultations for me and made the process easy. He was also in constant contact with the insurance companies to cover the expenses of the doctor visits and replacement of the door to my car. Law suits are often drawn out and lengthy but Jeremy had consistent communication with me that made it go by quickly and ultimately have a strong financial settlement for me. I was hit by an uninsured drunk driver back in 2002. I was seriously injured and had to go to the emergency room.
Even though I had $100,000.00 in medical insurance through my auto insurance, they wouldn't pay for the ambulance or the emergency room or the treatment that I got after the accident. They kept saying that they didn't get the forms from me even though I sent them to them several times.
Eventually I got taken to collections because of the unpaid bills. McCormick and Murphy sued my insurance company for not paying my bills and it went to a jury trial where a jury awarded me over $974,000.
The judge then added interest to what the jury awarded and he entered a judgment in my favor in the amount of $1,348,693.86. McCormick and Murphy did a terrific job for me.

Ted Bills is an incredible attorney and advocate. Ted explained every step of the legal and negotiation processes; answered any and all of my questions; and, most importantly, ensured that the insurance company justly compensated for my pain and suffering and reimbursed and/or paid every medical bill.
Ted's medical background, knowledge and guidance helped me to receive much better medical care than I would have pursued on my own. I did not expect an attorney to understand my medical needs almost more than I did. Amazing! He really cared about, and understood, what I was going through. His efforts on my behalf enabled me to use my limited energy to focus on recovering instead of "locking horns" with the insurance company, who refused to acknowledge the extent of my medical issues.

Greg Green and his staff were absolutely fantastic! Our son was involved in a bad car accident that appeared to be the other drivers fault, but insurance reconstruction was not able to prove it, despite a police report stating so. Regardless, Greg handled negotiating and sending payments to the different medical and emergency parties involved and didn't charge us a dime! When was the last time a law firm did something like that? Definitely recommended.

Needing a lawyer is never fun. However, Mark Hanchey and his team did an excellent job dealing with my traffic ticket case. He was able to coordinate all court dates and keep me apprised of the progress. He was able to work with the city DA to reduce the infraction down to a non-moving violation. Terrible company. They just want money. My insurance company told me don’t get a lawyer bc all they will do is take from your money and sure enough they did. They do the same thing that the insurance companies do except you don’t have to pay the insurance companies. Don't use those people, they are just commercial, and they don't do anything. Iam talking from experience with those people i had sleeked their help for helping me with a case and after a month they sent me a letter tells me that they don't deal with the type of accident. after almost a month they just figured out they can't help me while they said they can do something in this case and had me sent them all pictures for the accident and information.

The largest Insurance company who was the offenders Insurance put up roadblocks after roadblocks. Insurance companies have the financial resources to hire skilled, unscrupulous lawyers, lawyers who specialize in defending personal injury claims. "Like a Good Neighbor". They become your worst "Nightmare, so do there Doctor's. A Insurance justice system that is utterly broken. Dealing with my accident was hard enough; Jake took care of the bullying from the opposite side.

I had a restraining order filed on me based on false claims. I had a police incident report practically proving the claims made were false and on my initial meeting, he was quick to say that he would subpoena the police officer that responded to the incident and that he would get the case dismissed. For this he wanted $1,500. As it was part of a divorce with no kids and complicated finances, he charged a total of $3,500 for both. I spoke with a half dozen law firms before going with his since the task was simple enough that even I myself could have done it but since I couldn't afford mistakes, I instead made the mistake of hiring this lawyer.
The day before the hearing I had to call him since he had not contacted me regarding the case or his process or anything at all. The reason was that he hadn't done anything- He walked in to the court room less than 5 minutes before the hearing began and asked me questions about the restraining order which I provided to him weeks before. Apparently he took the time to read it right before the hearing itself because instead of fulfilling his promise, he just asked for a continuance or postponement if you're unfamiliar (and billed me for his appearance). The next hearing went exactly the same way, except it was the other party that requested the continuance (and he billed me for his appearance). After I contacted him demanding he file the evidence I provided to him and ask what his plan was for the next hearing, his response was that he was "hoping the other party doesn't show up". He got his wish (and billed me for his appearance) and the case was dismissed without prejudice after him having done nothing and with a smile that implied a victory, said that even though it can be filed again, he would just take care of it then.
The next problem was the response to a divorce filing. His paralegal called me multiple times the day it was due, the last of which occurred after 4:00PM while she ironed out the details. The response was filed shortly after that and less than an hour from the deadline, which tells me he wouldn't even have time to proofread it. Although his staff is very diligent , friendly and competent, the opposite is all that can be said for this lawyer. In the first hearing dealing with jurisdiction of my divorce, he lost. For context, the other party represents themselves and is a person in their early 20s with zero college and legal training and that's who he lost to. (and he billed me for all of this)
I arranged a meeting in person after this to try to understand why all of this occurred the way it did. The first thing he did in the meeting is remind himself of who I was and my case (he never took the time to learn either of my cases), and after my first query that questioned his level of competence, he immediately offered to withdraw from my case. Having already made the decision to fire him, I pressed forward in the conversation asking him why he failed to get my restraining order case dismissed, to try to get reassurance that he wouldn't lose to court against this person a second time. Instead of providing any explanation, he just reiterated that he would withdraw from my case. I haven't been invoiced for this month yet but I have a feeling I was billed for that as well. The conversation took place over 8 minutes and what I have written here was all he said.
The ordeal I've just related cost me over $3,000. And due to his failure to withdraw from my case within a deadline, the opposing party is filing a complaint with the BAR. I am filing one of my own for obvious reasons.
I don't see any responses to either positive or negative reviews on google, so use that as reference to his method of addressing really just about anything.
