Marion Moses did a great job for me. Never think that you can handle a court case yourself as you never know what will happen. It appeared that the woman who assaulted me had an officer of law to council for her. Since when did an officer qualify as an attorney? I felt defeated by the local law enforcement until I had Marion Moses defend me. I would recommend him 1000%. If ever I need representation again, Marion Moses is my first and only choice. God bless

I called seeking a simple answer, but the receptionist, Debbie, was unnecessarily rude. As the first point of contact for potential clients, her behavior leaves a negative impression and could deter people from even considering the attorney. There are many other law firms in Columbia where clients are treated with respect. If Debbie dislikes her job that much, she should consider finding a position better suited to her, as it’s unfair to take frustration out on others. If phone calls are being recorded, I hope her supervisor listen to the conversation and addresses the issue with her.

This lawyer took on my case 03/2023 and had me sign a contract hiring him and then all of sudden completely ghosted me 10/2023. So I don't know if he settled my case and took the money or what but now I am having to get another lawyer to look into my case, start over, and check to see what this lawyer did. A year ago, I was attacked by a pit bull during a door dash delivery. The dog attacked my left calf and I was left bleeding on the owner's lawn. Luckily there were neighbors that came to my aid and an ambulance came and took me to emergency. The attack was so bad that it resulted in a big scar on my left calf.
I felt that I needed to be compensated for something that could have easily been avoided by the owners. So I contacted Louthian Law Firm and told them about my case. I gave them the details and showed them the scar and they believed that I had a real case.
