Mr. Fos represented my son last year after an auto accident. My son had just turned eighteen, and it would have been very easy for the insurance company to take advantage of his inexperience. Mr. Fos protected his interests, and helped him get a settlement appropriate for the injuries he suffered.

She handles business well while she’s defending, but doesn’t have time to reply to emails or even attend meetings and “reschedule” if you need something done in a timely manner I suggest you go with someone else! I was a father in a desperate situation and needed immediate help to save my kids from an extremely abusive home. This is especially difficult (almost impossible) when the mother is the abuser. The horrible truth is that for a father to obtain custody, the extent of a mother’s neglect and abuse must be immense and the burden of proof required of the father is nearly insurmountable. After six years, two attorneys, and thousands of dollars spent with little result I nearly gave up hope for both my kids and the judicial system.
Then I found Sheila O’Connor. Within 2 days of my first consultation with Sheila my children were in my custody and within 2 weeks I had won my first hearing to keep them there. Sheila fought against the odds tirelessly, skillfully, and with a fierce determination that only comes from someone that personally invests in what they do. Had such high hopes based on her review of my case and plans that never happened. Yet I was charged for every email that I begged for her to return calls instead of eating up my money in long winded emails that did not address my concerns, yet no returning of calls just long winded emails. I can’t even express my disappointment in her initial treatment when she was getting my case and all the promises. Until I had no choice but to fire her for lack of response to my specific concerns that were going unanswered and unaddressed. Would not recommend this attorney.
