Mr. Savoy worked very hard on my case. He went over everything with me thoroughly. He presented me all of my options and made sure I knew exactly what each one entailed. He ended up negotiating me an amazing plea deal, avoiding jail time and even preserved my first offender. This attorney knows his stuff and isn’t going to plea you out for an easy case. If you want to fight he will fight for you.

I was involved in an automobile accident that was not only traumatic, but very complicated. Even though I was completely stopped at a traffic sign, and the other driver left their lane and struck my car, effectively taking off the entire front end of the car, I was listed as being at fault. Did I mention that the car was 18 hours old? Yes, a brand new van with less than 30 miles on it. At any rate, my friend recommended that I call Mr. Vaughan, which I did from the crash site. Not only did he take my call immediately and personally, but he compassionately walked me through every step of the horrific process from the emergency room to final disposition. No question or concern was too trivial for Mr. Vaughan. He aggressively protected me from the other insurance company, and surprisingly my own insurance company! He was on the line with every phone call and fielded every question. He did not permit anyone to further victimize me. Mr. Vaughan was what an attorney is supposed to be, but regrettably rarely are. In the end all of my medical bills were taken care of, the other driver was taken care of, and I got a brand new van. Were it not for Mr. Vaughan's compassion, knowledge and unrelenting advocacy on my behalf the accident could have been catastrophic. I do not like attorneys, and I certainly have no trust in attorneys; however, Mr. Vaughan is, as I've already said, what and attorney is supposed to be. Should I or anyone I know ever need legal representation, Mr. Vaughan will be the first person called.

Our situation was a very sensitive case because my minor son was injured . Mr. Leibel was so sensitive to my son's feelings. He really listened to his wants and needs. He was NOT greedy and never tried to push him into something just to get a bigger settlement . He does shoot straight from the hip and lets you know exactly where you stand. We never had to worry that things were being sugar coated. This man has a heart and really does care about the well being of his client!!! He even sat down after case was settled and told my son how proud he was of him and his come back. I hope I never need his services again but if I do I have know doubt who I would call!!! In July 2019, a work accident caused a compression fracture of one of my vertebrae which essentially ended my ability to do my current job. Typical attorneys who only want your money. Spent $5,000 plus dollars and never got anything in my favor. It did not fight for me like a good attorney is supposed to. As long as you have money they will serve you. But if you don't, don't even think about it. It's all about the money.

I chose van Sant for my personal injury case after a car accident. I was so pleased with the service I received and the settlement I got! I didn’t have to worry about paperwork or insurance agents, ect. They took care of EVERYTHING for me so I could focus on my recovery. They really went the extra mile. This case has been going on over 4 years. He never calls, I have to call him. He calls back promptly but never seems to go forward. I cannot work and have no medical insurance due to cancer before my accident. Now I have to start back with medical treatments from the accident because I tried to work and just made the pain worse. If you want to win your case in a timely manner, get someone with experience.
