Currently in a lawsuit with this company representing the other party, not sure if they read the accident report but I'm sure this firm encouraged their client to lie based on claims they made that aren’t matching up to the accident report. When I spoke to Mrs.Rameriez to see why after being paid out by my insurance they’re trying to claim more I was met with hostility. Already spoke to my insurance who verified all payouts have been paid & documents have been signed. Very interesting & will be counter suing her & her client for fraudulent claims. Sad to see people abusing the system and this law firm encouraging it.

I highly recommend Kevin Ginsberg. I chose this firm after being involved in a car accident that was no fault of my own due to the fact the Mike had previous law enforcement experience. I was referred to this legal team. For an estate matter my attorney was Lindsay. She is polite but mislead me in valuable Knowledge. I had to require Input a and do hours of research on my own behalf. To require what I'm entitled to. Then attorney JARED PEARCE was extremely rude and demanding that I sale. A 40 thousand dollar vehicle of my spouse's.To pay him for his services and out of a ten thousand dollar check he demanded 6 of it and if I didn't agree to that he would keep it all. So I've paid this form 7 thousand dollars this year. And have received 4 thousand dollars. You know. What they say the devil wears Prada. Before you hire this firm. I strongly suggest you know your P's n Q's.BEWARE!!!!!!!

I reached out to Eboni for assistance with communicating with the courts about fines and fees I received over 10 years ago. I now live out of state, so it would cost a ton of money to fly back and forth from Ohio to NC to remedy my situation and it is affecting my privileges to drive, she got back to me promptly with detailed information on what I needed to do to handle the situation. I had multiple driving infractions in two different counties and she was able to get most of the charges against me dropped. Leaving St. Thomas More Church in Chapel Hill I was unaware of the posted speed. I received a citation, was to appear in court two months later. I was unable to attend, I live Cape Cod Massachusetts. The citation caught up to me two years later, on the renewal of my Massachusetts driving license... I contacted Attorney Goldston. He returned my email promptly and reassured me not to worry. I met Mark by chance outside the Durham County courthouse the day before my traffic violation court date. We had a lengthy conversation about the case and, while waiting for him to conduct other business, I had a chance to observe the goings on in court. I hired Mark and he immediately got to work, even working into the night (the 1:30 am text let me know). The outcome achieved in court was, I believe, the best possible. I first retained Mark Simeon 15 years ago, referred by my auntie. He handles all the traffic tickets for my whole family. We all knew he was an excellent lawyer, but after what he just accomplished for my fiancé, I must say he's the absolute BEST!!
Long ago, some people in town started calling him "Houdini" because he can make license suspensions disappear off drivers' records. Now I see why -- my finance's license was suspended PERMANENTLY, several time over, and now, all the PERMs are gone! It took some time, and honestly, more money than we can afford, but it was so, so worth it. Simeon has a system, and it works.
I hear he recently started a nonprofit law firm for NC driver license restoration so that he can help people who can't afford him. Let's hope they get the grants and donations they need to stay afloat because it's too many people out here driving on revoked licenses because they just don't have the money for lawyers like him.
Anyway, Mark Simeon gets my top vote. I'd give him ten stars if I could!
