My husband had a car accident two years ago and all the lawyers we saw on tv or heard about through friends rejected us because our case wasn't 'strong' enough? My husband didn't go to the ER right away because he didn't feel the pain until two days later when he couldn't get out of bed, come to find out a fracture on his pelvis. I was involved in a horrible car accident where another driver ran a red light and T-boned my side of the car. Unfortunately it was a “he said she said” case with no witnesses. We had to sue. I am so grateful for John Anderson, he helped me prepare my case and prepare for court and ultimately win both lawsuits with my insurance company and the underinsured driver’s company. In 2017 I hired Mr. Chavez' as my attorney because I was wrongfully terminated. From the beginning everyone including himself were very friendly and kept me updated at all times. Long story short, I moved to El Paso from Odessa for work. I do this frequently considering my line of work. Anyway, I had been in Odessa since late July when I got the word I was moving to El Paso in late October. I had been renting a house in Odessa and stayed there without incident from July till Octboer. I moved to EL Paso and stayed at a hotel for two days prior to moving into an apartment in El Paso. A few days into my stay at this new apartment, I discovered this apartment had bed bugs. The management of this apartment complex insisted that there were no bed bugs in the apartment prior to my moving in. My body was covered in bite marks from my ankles to the middle of my neck. The management of this complex said I would have to leave in order for them to get a pest control unit in there to take care of the problem. The apartment complex said they would not pay for my temporary hotel stay which i thought was unfair. Anyway, after the apartment had been 'cleaned' by the pest control, i returned and was still being bitten every night. Again, for a second time, I had to wash and remove all of my personal belongings to do another pest control session. Again, I had to pay for another few days at a hotel for this pest control session. The management at this complex just kept saying the same thing; "Oh, we are so sorry for this", "Im sure things will be fine soon", all the while still maintaining they were not going to pay for my hotel stays. Their management was a joke. Every time I called or went into the office, they were constantly giving me the same BS lines. The manager never seemed to be in the office and anyone I ever talked to had no idea what was going on. I had had enough. I called Enrique Chavez Jr. Law Firm. I had a consultation and told them my story and they agreed to take my case. They reviewed my lease and instantly found inaccuracies. Lawyers at the firm drafted a letter and delivered it to Independence Place Apts and in less than two weeks, I had a settlement. The only thing about this situation that was quick and painless was dealing with the Chavez Law Firm. From the start, they were fantastic with keeping me updated on any developments pertaining to my case. I called many times, with many questions/concerns and they always took my calls and answered my emails promptly and with answers for my questions. I was just amazed that all it took was one letter from the Law Firm to achieve what I couldn't achieve myself in weeks of trying. I can't thank them enough for helping me when I felt like i had nowhere to turn. They were thorough, professional, and most importantly, got results. My mother was run over by a car and we needed to hire an attorney to help her with the accident. We decided to hire Mr Lopez after meeting with him because he told us he would adjust his fee if medical bills for my mom grew. I as skeptical as the contracted rate for his services was considerable. Mr Lopez did all the leg work to get the claim going and received the maximum payment for my mother in a matter of weeks. Additionally he negotiated with the hospital to eliminate my mother’s bill due to low insurance coverage. We were always able to get ahold of Mr. Lopez or staff and receive answers to our questions. Clark hermanson was recommened to me about 2 years ago when i was hit by a drunk driver.
My first car accident so didnt really know what to expect with the whole lawyer thing.
Just knew my car was totaled and i suffered some minor injuries thank god.
So i saw clark he took my case he was straight forward on what can happen.
Hes firm was also helpful during the case like hes asistant Rosy im assuming hes right hand.
Never kept me in the dark,kept me updated on whats to come n so forth.
They got me my money within a year which was pretty fast to me n it also came in at the right time i needed it haa.

**Crooks** lovett himself crooks he the man himself lovett told me how much money are probably going to give you at the end of the case and they take a big crunk of your money and they said your case is going to be closed at that end . Yha my case was going on for almost a year. then lie, I have to wait I'm almost another a year and a half just to get my money and they really shrew you over my pay way $1700 , and they pocket almost $12,549 give or take I have three cases with lovtt the first one they really screwed me $500. And the other one they waited almost 4 months to tell me they don't take workers comp. If they did not take workers comp why they didn't not tell me that month.that day .when I talk to his employer .I have to wait almost 4 months . Lovett himself is a crook as far as other lawyers the people that work for him the good workers just lovtt watch out people lovett if not a good attorney he is a liar him self .and El Paso or New Mexico. .

Poor communication with Mr. Lopez is really hard to get a hold of him or his staff they never answer the phone you need to call 3 o 4 days in a row to get an answer. Wouldn't recommend since communication is poor, was not lucky get an appointment with him. My husband was court appointed I think that's the main reason why
he really did not care about his case., That is sad we really needed the help and no one at his office seemed to care about the the case and provide the case information we needed

Stewart Forbes was appointed temporary DEPENDENT administrator to the estate of my mother’s late husband. It is my understanding that he MUST have a judges approval on any decisions made. He has been extremely unbiased while handling this estate. Any time my mother had questions and she would reach out to Stewart she was immediately referred to her attorney Susan Forbes. Stewart went out of his way for the animals on my stepfathers estate when there was no alfalfa available and sent someone to feed the animals with his OWN alfalfa. He is fair and does everything by the book. He definitely went out of his way to help the animals in need of food and has shown extreme professionalism in everything he has handled thus far.

Stewart Forbes was assigned to my father's estate as an temporary administrator even though his spouse was representing my step mom. Stewart Forbes never contacted any of the siblings from day one. He only represented the the interest of his spouses client. His only goal is to sell everything off in an estate as fast as possible to make his commission. He does not follow any of the guidelines set forth by the state. Multiple emails and attempts to communicate remain in awnsered. The one time he did respond it can off like a angry two year old.
