I recently had the pleasure of working with the Law Offices of Rosemarie Arnold on a personal injury case involving a car accident, and I can’t speak highly enough about my experience. I was reared ended in April 2024. I was in so much pain and so confused on the next steps to take with getting medical help for my injuries. I was referred to Maggiano's law firm by a family friend. After only 2 days of talking to them, I was in the doctor's office and physical therapy. I really felt like a real priority. I had staff calling me weekly to check on my progress. They Scheduled appointments, talked to doctors regarding my pain management and retrieved medical records on my behalf. Their dedication to my case was remarkable. I'm a single mother working fulltime and finding time to call doctors and schedule appointments with so many doctors, at times was so overwhelming. My husband was severely injured at a well known establishment and almost lost his life after suffering from many complications due to his injuries. I retained Mr. Maggiano to assist us during what was a very dark and difficult time of our lives. Mr. Maggiano and Thomas stuck with us the entire time to make sure we were doing fine. They were always available to answer our questions and provided guidance whenever necessary. Humanity is the impression I had when I first met Michael Maggiano, owner and Attorney of Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi and his team. Michael and Lawyer Daniel Lattera came directly to my home while I was confined to my couch with a constricted back brace, cast on my leg and shoulder strap ready for numerous surgeries to come.
Where do I begin, I thought and they reminded me over and again, we want you to tell your story. Always tell the truth and we will all tell your story. Michael, Lawyers Thomas Boyle and Daniel Lattera were my teachers and mentors throughout this complex managerie. I was a novice at litigation and I am now injured with permanents and their compassion really was my guiding light through this nightmare. They are brilliant! A few years ago Raffi T. Khorozian took on my daughter's case after a lady slammed into her. This accident broke her arm and she had to undergo emergency hand surgery. Raffi visited us at home and explained the entire case to us in the comfort of our home. He is no nonsense, speaks clearly and frankly. He always answered my calls and questions and in the end got my daughter the settlement she deserved.
He didn't settle for first offers. He knew my daughter was a cheerleader that would not be ab le to cheer again, so get got her the money she needed to replace her cheerleading lost scholarship money.
