Ms. Anwar filed some kind of stand my ground motion, we had an amazing hearing. She made that lying victim squirm on the stand. The judge granted the motion and dismissed my case. My 86 year-old dad was t-boned by another driver. He was injured and we weren't sure what to do, so we turned to Bruce L. Scheiner's office for advice. They immediately made us feel like family, and assured my dad he would be taken care of.
He was assigned Mr. Dalesandro as the attorney for his case. From the beginning, he said "Just call me Dan." He is down to earth and not "full" of himself as some professionals can be. He took the time to explain everything that he could and would do to settle my dad's case, and that is exactly what he did. Even though it wasn't a large amount, Dan fought for my dad like it was a multimillion dollar case. He was truly concerned for my dad's health and well being. My daughter and I hired Scot to help us navigate her recovery and medical bills from an accident that totaled her vehicle. She tried to avoid the guy who ran his stop sign. He had the audacity to blame her.
We met with Scot in his downtown Fort Myers office. His staff was welcoming and friendly. Scot gave us realistic options based on his many years of experience. Although he insisted we go home and talk about it, we immediately knew we were in good hands.
It took just over a year, but my daughter is better now and doesn't seem to have any lasting effects from the accident. Scot negotiated a higher amount than he originally expected. The settlement allowed my daughter to put a down payment on a used Corolla with 138K miles. If it weren't for the settlement, she and I would still be carpooling; and that was NOT easy with both of us having full-time jobs. After my case was closed and settled I began to get letters and medical bills from facilities and physicians that SHOULD HAVE BEEN paid prior to the closing settlement. I contacted Kayla multiple times and nothing was ever done to assist me in this matter. I attempted to contact Mr. Beckman via phone and was never allowed to speak with him. I continued to attempt to contact this firm, but since I live halfway across the country I am unable to show up in person and get any help. I have had nothing but empty promises and dismissive attitudes from staff. When nobody ever got back to me regarding my NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS by email and phone I continued to call and eventually was just 'disconnected".
I would not recommend this law firm to anyone under any circumstance.

Absolutely incredible representation for my motorcycle crash!! Let me tell you from experience, the crash hurt me physically but the insurance company did the damage.
