I was accused by a former associate of things I did not do. It was aggressively pursued by the petitioner. The case was complicated to prove my complete innocence. Their primary focus was on getting my wife the medical attention she needed to address the injuries. Once that was in motion they orchestrated the many processes (documentation, insurance claims, State’s Attorney Office engagement, etc.) necessary to make things right.

Ms. Anwar filed some kind of stand my ground motion, we had an amazing hearing. She made that lying victim squirm on the stand. The judge granted the motion and dismissed my case. Today I called Mr. King after 4:30 PM and he returned the call within 5 minutes. He was professional, very informative, and cared about my situation. He did not rush me and truly listened. I was nervous, he made me laugh and consequently I was able to communicate more effectively and provide the most important facts of the situation. I consult with multiple attorneys at work here in Naples, FL and he is by far the most personable, practical and down to earth at solving problems. He is a rock solid negotiator. After my case was closed and settled I began to get letters and medical bills from facilities and physicians that SHOULD HAVE BEEN paid prior to the closing settlement. I contacted Kayla multiple times and nothing was ever done to assist me in this matter. I attempted to contact Mr. Beckman via phone and was never allowed to speak with him. I continued to attempt to contact this firm, but since I live halfway across the country I am unable to show up in person and get any help. I have had nothing but empty promises and dismissive attitudes from staff. When nobody ever got back to me regarding my NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS by email and phone I continued to call and eventually was just 'disconnected".
I would not recommend this law firm to anyone under any circumstance.
