Sophie Schwartz held my hand through the whole thing and didn’t laugh at me when I asked for my case number for the 10 time. She took care of the stuff I was too overwhelmed to handle- like finding a doctor and a repair place. And she replied promptly to my questions with exactly the answer I needed.
Professional, on the ball and a wonderful team environment. Glassman and Zissimopulous are fantastic lawyers.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experiences regarding being a client at Glassman and Zissimopulos with John Kelly as my attorney. This time in my life was easily the most traumatic and terrifying experience in my life. I was arrested and falsely accused in an effort to take my freedom and my baby away from me for good. It was initially successful until John Kelly came into the case. Even with the trauma and shock I was immediately put at ease with Mr Kelly’s presence and calm professional demeanor. He clearly knows and understands the law and I learned a lot as this case moved forward for a grueling several weeks. My life and the lives of my family hung in the balance while my whole family struggled with the injustice that was done to me and my children. Mr Kelly did not rush our meetings and took the time to educate and assure me of the plan moving forward. The first time seeing him in action in court in front of the judge was truly impressive. The FF&P have been my first choice and recommendation for personal injury.Atttorney Jack Fine and his Legal Assitant , Gabrielle Jenkins and Janice were awesome in their representaion of me after a second accident in four years. They took me through the law and were on point for assistance with all my needs. Large law firms brag about recovery but the client never meets or known them. I have known Terry for more decades than I care to admit. He has helped me with great success each time I needed his services. The most important case was an appeal in which he was successful. He has been excellent at finding the precedent needed to make my case and he treats me like I am his most important client (even though I'm not).. I have also received excellent advice when a compromise is needed even though my reflex is not to do that. Between my business and my wife's we have used Terry as our attorney in at least 6 cases and they all had good outcomes. Getting in a car accident is terrifying. The thought of dealing with lawyers over it was even more terrifying for me. I was very hesitant at first because I was a 20 year old girl, knew nothing about lawyers, and have heard many lawyer horror stories. Working with Dan and his team put all my fears to rest. Extremely poor communication. Seem to only prioritize cases that make the most money. Had a much larger case last year and the communication was okay. This year is something smaller but we haven't had a status in two months despite two emails to them. Would not recommend. Maybe they're overbooked but you would never know because you rarely hear from them.

Two emails later, we have still heard NOTHING from the office. They incorrectly filed our original paperwork and even asked for the same paperwork we submitted to them. Updating to one star. Do not recommend. The communication is non existent.

I'm begging anyone considering this attorney for family law please don't!! They take your money without hesitation and you won't hear anything back from them for months and phone calls and email's will go unanswered. We lost my baby niece forever and Mr .Straile did nothing for us in court but stutter as if he was terrified.There were monies spent with no invoices provided because we are charged for services not rendered. This has been the worst experience of our lives and there is not a care in the world for you or family from this attorney. It's truly a heartbreaking situation when they are supposed to be your attorney but act as if they are against you and want nothing but money.I would surely give 0 stars if I could.

I was involved in a very serious car crash where the guy smashed into the back of my car while I was sitting at a red light. Thankfully I was buckled but I was still severely injured and I ended up having to go to The ER and later on to physical therapy Sessions and then I had a microdiscectomy to fix the disc in my neck. From the very beginning Ms. Rush and her assistant, Angie, helped me with all of my bills and expenses. Ms. Rush told me my job was to get better and she’d take care of all of the legal matters surrounding my crash and that’s exactly what she did. Marian Rush is the most difficult attorney I have ever encountered. She is incredibly condescending, does not keep you updated or informed, and works closely with horrible doctors. I never thought an attorney would ever treat me the way she did. I would recommend absolutely anyone over this awful lady.
