I got into a car accident a year ago almost exactly. They were very helpful during this tough process. Delia helped us very much and her communication was also great, helped us stay updated on anything and if we ever needed help we could call her or text her and she would reply almost immediately. I came to Mr. Terhovsepian for a second opinion about my accident case. You see my experience with lawyers has not been very pleasant including the current one for which I sought the 2nd opinion. I was referred to Terhovsepian law by one of my dear friends who has also had a case with him and learned about my struggles with my current lawyer. From the first interaction I felt comfortable and he was very calm and explained the process but first and foremost he listen to me for almost 15 minutes before he started advising me. My other lawyer would cut me short because she didnt wanna waste his time. I also gotta mention that the staff is pretty courteous as well and they called me within the same day.

Mr. Reyes is an outstanding attorney. Last year my mom was involved in a car accident which caused her to be hospitalized for 5 days. Unfortunately, our insurance decided to blame my mom for the accident before getting the police report. After 15 years of having this major insurance carrier, we didn't feel as we were in "safe hands". It was a nightmare. Thankfully, we contacted Mr. Reyes and he started his own investigation. He was very persistent and researched everything about the accident to better understand the situation. Somehow, Mr. Reyes got a hold of a couple of witnesses that confirmed that it was the other individual's fault. A couple of weeks later, the police report corroborated that it was the other driver's fault. Mr. Reyes' dedication paid off. After eight months, we closed the case and the other driver's insurance has agreed to pay the maximum allowed for this case. I was involved in a car accident in 2012 and I had to deal with my car issues but just didn’t have the time with work. I started to have pain after a day or so and I was determined to find an attorney. I called Mr. Henrik Karapetian and he immediately followed up with my accident case. After hiring him he kept me informed every step of the way as my car was repaired, a rental was given and my injury case progressed. I never needed to call him for an update because he would let me know of any new developments as they came so I was really happy about that.
Most important, my car was fixed immediately and my injury claim settled for an amount that I was very happy with.

Had an auto accident in October 2022 and at first, I was going to work with my insurance like I have in the past but this time, I was hurting and my wife who was in an accident just two months prior urged me to call Big Ben Lawyers.
