Josh met with me in regards to my divorce and was very compassionate and understanding. He always had mine and my sons best interest in mind. The divorce was complete in 6 months and he was with me every step of the way, making sure I understood everything that was happening. Afterwards he did estate planning for me to ensure I would have no worries about my sons well-being should something happen to me. Mr. Tanis helped me with setting up my estate plan and trust for my children. He was very helpful and thorough during the entire process. He made sure that everything was spelled out carefully in order that it could be implemented smoothly when it is needed. He included many things that I would have not thought of. I had delayed in having my estate plan done because I thought it was going to be very complicated. He made it easy for me, beginning to end. This was the second time I have worked with him. Jermey tiedt was the only attorney who actually took time to listen to my case and my needs as a client. He worked closely with my case and took my feelings into consideration during arbitration and settlement. James Alexander and the firm he is working at, Damon, Ver Merris, Boyko & Witte is the most reputable firm i am have come across. They have handled cases for us against companies with big wallets and attorneys that were very sneaky, crafty, trying every imaginable tactic to win. Mr. Fagan is an awesome attorney. He's the only attorney I've ever worked with who answers your calls to him right away and digs for every possible angle to help you out. He got absolutely amazing result for my husband when he was in a horribly grim circumstance. James k champion I thought would represent me in my best interest for 20,000 got me the same outcome of my court case I could have got the same output by myself and saved 20,000 I even had him fire my previous lawyer cause I trusted him. Only for him to do the same thing the previous lawyer did to me bad mouth me to mr.champion for mr.champion to react the way he did. He did not do 20,000 worth of work no interviews no sit downs no progress reports just my 20,000 gone I had saved for my house I was gonna buy. Nope my dreams are crushed my moneys gone and to what 2 lawyers who just agreed with the prosecuting attorney because I have a possession charge so they don't want to represent someone like that but they sure will take there money and lickety split gone if I honestly felt like you did something to earn that 20,000 yeah kudos right. Maybe 5,-8,000 MAYBE it's a decision I have to live with for the rest of my life and still be reminded of it everyday it's like I can open my mouth but no one will hear me if I can stop someone for dropping everything they got in hopes you can make a positive impact in there life and create a false hope of changing an out come that negatively affects them for the rest of there life if I can stop and save someone from making the same mistake I made then this review is worth it to me cause nobody has bothered to see how I felt after giving you everything and this is my only way of an outlet so be it please everyone do not believe everything that you hear or see cause this negative review will get deleted like it never existed beware!!!

I was in a car accident and I was injured so I turned to an attorney at Michigan Auto Law to see what the law would afford me. Brandon was the lawyer of my choice and he did great with my case. He kept very close contact with me and he kept me updated and informed. The communication with him was great. If I couldn’t get a hold of him right away over the phone, he would always call me back quickly. He treated me excellent, first class as a matter of fact. He gave me all of my options and he did exactly what I wanted him to do. I didn’t want a long drawn out lawsuit, and Brandon made the settlement quick and easy. I’m very happy with the amount Brandon got for my injuries and the way he treated me throughout the lawsuit. I would recommend him highly. I know I can still call on Brandon whenever I need anything.

After being hit by a car my a delivery driver, I hired Brandon to handle my case. He does not keep me updated- I hear from him once every three months if I'm lucky. When I call and try to get updates, his secretary informs me he's not available, but when I ask when he will be, she simply says "I don't know". So, on top of not taking initiative to keep me informed he is a hard person to get ahold of. Even after leaving voicemails, his average response time seems to be a week. Most concerning is his being adamant that my settlement check has "been in the mail" for three weeks. This is after I sent him my power of attorney form to accept a settlement MONTHS ago. If you care about timeliness, honesty, and communication with your attorney, hire anyone but Brandon Hewitt.

I was the third person from the stop light on Cherry Hill on Telegraph. I was waiting for the light to turn green and I was rear ended from the back at 40 miles per hour. I was taken to the emergency room with a mild concussion. I had concussive effects. My son-in-law is an accident lawyer and likes the attorneys Michigan Auto Law, so I went to him to seek out the best firm in Michigan. Since he is in the same legal specialty, he know which questions to ask to direct me to the right place. From there, I had an interview with a lawyer Brandon Hewitt and he took my case from there. Everybody at Michigan Auto Law is great. Brandon followed through with everything for me, even though I had a smaller case. He did his due diligence to help me. There are some quirks and constraints with the Michigan law regarding car accidents and this firm is even very proactive in getting legislation changed in favor of injured plaintiffs. It makes me happy to see they’re working to change what needs to be changed rather than just shrugging their shoulders and treating people like a file number. Overall I’m very pleased with Michigan Auto Law and the representation from Brandon for everything they were able to do. I would recommend them to anybody.
