To Sargent law firm Stetson and team members I choose your firm for 2 reasons local office and 5 star rating that's all I needed to see I called because I was in an accident and was hurt we filled out paperwork and no fees we're required if I had legitimate case I felt at ease letting them do their work shortly after I got the best care from Drs MRIs follow up with injuries then I started intensive physical therapy during which I had constant contact with Stetson quick response to any questions or concerns very helpful and professional service after care Sargent was working on my case which the app let me know step by step what my status was the case was settled I really needed a law firm that had some teeth that would fight for me thank you for taking care of me like family to me personally this is a 5 star firm excellent service God bless you Carlos

So far my experience with Sullivan law has been great. Good price great communication. They have helped me out and I had multiple charges most dropped. They seem to do all they can for you. This review is a pleasure. John Edwards, with his excellent paralegal, Holly Anacleto, has been the blessing that my wife and I needed to get through a very stressful and confusing time. I had been involved in a bad head-on collision that resulted in a year's worth of medical and dental expenses. John advised me from the start that he needed me to take care of myself and my recovery needs, and to let him do what I had retained him to do. I had only to get myself better, and he would take care of the rest. Sure, I had input, and was regularly contacted to ensure that John and Holly had all case information as needed. But I had no worries such as contacting my own insurance company, dealing with the offending driver's insurance, etc. I knew what was going on, and clearly John knew what to worry about so that I didn't have to. It is difficult to grasp the amount of peace one gets from knowing that "all the potential accident and insurance hassles in the world" can in large part be removed by someone who gives you the comfort of knowing that you are well represented. Absolutely awful people running this place. Immature. Do not put your safety in the hands of these children. Cannot manage their own stress and take it out on their employees and their less favorable customers. Their work sucks because of their immaturity and inability to take care of themselves. Would not trust them with my information or my business again.

Over the past forty-seven years I have had to hire a lawyer at least a half dozen times. I have a very dim view of the overwhelming majority of lawyers. Most lawyers are not worth the hourly rate they demand, and are not professionals. I could continue stating negative characteristics that most lawyers possess; however, the purpose of this review is to define my business experience with Ms. Regina McCrea.
Ms. McCrea is a refreshing exception to the lawyer stereotype. She is a true professional attorney. Ms. McCrea is worth her wages, does not inflate hours spent on task related issues, remains focused on the task at hand, is bright, has an analytical approach, and is excellent at research. Additionally, she communicates very well with the client. She kept my cost down by formulating a strategy that was mutually acceptable, kept me advised of milestones, kept written and phone conversations with all parties brief and to the point. During deposition, Ms. McCrea was the most prepared attorney, which resulted in the opposing side agreeing to a favorable out of court settlement.

They were professional serious and very speedy.. we received the maximum settlement possible. Very quickly.. and a year. And a half later. I received a call from wes. Who told me he had still been working for. Us and had an additional 20k from the insurance company. Incredible attorney. Ten stars. If you need a AAA all star lawyer. We have had the great pleasure of working with Winston & Cashatt on a few occasions over the years. (somewhat of an oxymoron as legal issues are NOT usually pleasurable!)
However, both attorneys, Mike Howard and Erika Grubbs, were deeply knowledgeable in their respective expertise, highly professional in their interactions with all parties involved and most importantly, a high standard of ethical conduct was consistently displayed.
In both cases, it was clearly and honestly communicated likely possible legal outcomes to the case as well as any specific fees involving such resolutions. Their fees are reasonable, fair, and no padding or surprises.
Frankly, this is a rare gem of a law firm that exemplifies honesty, fairness and integrity. Highly recommend!

I am so thankful for the day I walked into Kelso's office and met Camille. These two are amazing. They didn't fit a single stigma I had in my head of what a lawyer and their team would be like. Kelso is straight forward and honest, even if it's bad news. Our case was long and convoluted (the fault of the parties not Kelso) but Kelso and Camille were with us every step of the way. James Bendell charged me well over $100, 0000 and never got the case of Real Estate Fraud to trial. He dropped me. I'm now on my own, PRO SE. I'm a 60 Year old Disabled Homeless Veteran. Living in the Colville National Forest still struggling. He knew this the whole time. I've been treated with utter disregard. I would never hire this man again. I find it strange that he has no negative reviews now as he previously did have. Where did they go?

Went there and they charged me $400 for an initial consultation…They stated that they advised me the cost in a e/m.
I searched my inbox, spam, deleted etc . And there was no record of the e/m.
I never would have agreed to $400 for an initial consultation.
I paid it that day. That was over two weeks ago.
They stated they were going to send me a list of requirements to move forward. They never did
I felt like they were milking me as they wanted to rewrite my entire trust.
Not very pleased with the professionalism of this firm and decided to move.
Update 10/23/24: I contacted Johnson May law and discussed the above issue. To my surprise they agreed it was an unfortunate misunderstanding and have offered a full refund of the consultation fee. I honestly did not expect that. I’m happy with the result and their kind understanding of the issue. They are good folks after all. Much appreciated!!!
