I was reached out to last week via email due to six years ago I retained this firm, and they told me Mr. Howard was retiring and they needed to clear their books. Chris offered to release vague documents to me and let me figure out the rest, but that’s not what I hired this firm for either. Also, Chris told me that a certain healthcare provider wasn’t her favorite to deal with, but that’s a professional excuse to not get things done in my respectful opinion and I wouldn’t ever detail to a client that any organization is not my favorite because that is irrelevant. So, Mr. Howard called me last week and said his wife is the CFO and they are trying to figure out everything, while noting in 7-10 days something should be learned in more detail. Yet, was a plan detailed to me of what steps we’re going to be taken to figure it out beyond someone was going to look at the file, not at all. Have I tried to call their office while their answering service has only taken messages with no further call backs, yes. Again, per Chris, Mr. Howard is retiring at the end of the year and I’ve not heard or seen any formal plans as to how they’re going to get this right for me and/or even on what days they’ve reached out to companies that I provided their office the phone numbers for per my interests, etc. It is quite sad that this is the level of professional treatment that I’ve reached, and they made money to get it right but here I sit in wonder six years later as to what is what overall. While Mr. Howard called me to apologize last week, any apology without results and/or time stamped details of what is being done out of protection to my interests is respectfully lacking thorough professionalism in my opinion. Decently nice people personally, but I’m a results oriented businessman and their books should have been figured out six years ago for this situation. An annual audit by their organization, while having my email address to reach me would have solved these issues long ago. Although, here I am in limbo with no further communication and only an answering service telling me that nobody is available to speak with.

I had such an amazing experience with them. This law firm is nothing short of phenomenal. My biggest advice is that if you are injured at work, contact them immediately. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trying to "do the right thing" and avoid obtaining counsel while assuming laws, companies & opposing counsel would also be honorable. WRONG.
Tim Roberto & Bri Seay were able to get me the care that I needed and was being refused. There is a difference between fair & legal. Do not let the kindness & soft spoken tones from this dyanmic duo mislead you. They know the law & advocate for their client to the fullest. My only mistake was not seeing them & signing sooner. This team is also not in the practice of making false promises or fabricating a case. It will well serve you to obtain them immediately.

The closing of an estate in TN while living quite a distance away and having no experience with the process made me very fearful. Went to the internet for help and selected “Family Law Practice of David A. Montgomery”. Glad I did. I was panicking on the first phone call to David but his kind calm manner and patience put me at ease right away. Plus, I only had to travel 2 times throughout the year of closing. The second trip would not have been needed but there was a difficult bank. David’s guidance made my job as executor easy and stress free. He was very quick to answer emails. When my husband and I needed some estate planning and probate work done, we searched the internet and came up with David Montgomery. We went to our first meeting with high hopes of finding the right person who would understand our needs, address our concerns, and protect our interests all while charging a fair price. David has not only fulfilled our hopes, but exceeded our expectations. My husband has worked with more than 20 attorneys over the years and his biggest complaint has always been the responsiveness he has gotten. That is not the case with David. He might not have the answer right away, but he gets back to you in an expected amount of time and keeps you informed of his findings. That is huge to us! Our estate planning was not easy, but David dug deep with his research and, after every stone was turned, offered us the options he thought were best and we could not have agreed more. During probate, he exhibited professional and knowledgeable experience and knew how to interact effectively with the judge and other attorneys to get the best possible outcome for everyone involved, not just us.
We feel that David's high morals and strong Christian beliefs are lived out in his daily practice and makes him our first choice for an attorney. Because of our confidence in David, even though our estate and probate work is done, we have decided to keep him on as our general counsel for our personal business matters and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Before you hire Jerrold L. Becker from this firm, you should understand what type of "attorney" he is.
In a recorded phone call conversation from our past "attorneys" Paul Wehmeier/Kim Burnette, Becker informed them his client was accusing my husband of answering our front door with gun raised at his clients acquaintance. If that was the case, husband would have been arrested as acquaintance was unarmed. As my husband told Paul/Kim the interaction was recorded as we RECORD everything (including 10 minutes before showing acquaintance on his clients property before coming to ours). Husband wasn't even home, my recording clearly shows acquaintance walking behind our house and me from our top deck asking them to leave-no weapon drawn thus this LIE could not be legally processed. This is just one of several questionable actions generated by Jerrold L. Becker intended to make us spend more on attorney fees.
Take our advise: Record everything with this firm as it will save you aggravation and money.

Although most of us never desire to need a lawyer, from time to time in our lives, it becomes necessary. Over the last year, I've needed a lawyer for two different situations that I faced in my life. Luke handled both cases for me. He is extremely competent and professional and also kept me up-to-date on any developments in my cases. He responds to emails and phone calls promptly. Recently, he needed to contact me during my work hours to expedite the conclusion of my case. Because I leave my cell phone in my purse on silent while I'm working, I did not hear his phone calls or see his email message. Previous reviews speak volumes of this man's skills and concern for cases he upholds. He has turned a bleak and dreary, nearly irredeemable case into a hopeful, salvageable one.
Without going into too many details, I had to change attorneys and dump their mess onto Luke's shoulders. He had very little time to make adjustments and to absorb the case. This did not deter mister Durham. He took it upon himself to visit places handfuls of hundreds of miles away (out of state) so that he could 'paint a picture' and get the information he needed.
He did the work you would expect a phenomenal attorney to do. No stone was left unturned, no possibilities or options had gone unconsidered. He did his absolute best, and hardest work for me. My best interests were - and still are - in his heart. This is why he is my attorney, and why he should also be yours.

Well as a protection, in the event, a wreck occurs it is the law to have car insurance. And as I've seen that work or not in my case, still a wreck leaves you hurt in more than one way- opening you up as a target for more devices. Why does this attorney merit 5 stars? As a 63 year old client that experienced an accident that altered my life course and left me totally disabled- I needed the RIGHT LAWYER that would go the extra mile. Attorney Myers is the closest lawyer to perfection in terms of compassion and integrity. She expressed the highest quality of humanism in her dealings with me this year as her client. What can I say about Ryan Shamblin? His representation was impeccable. His insight and ability to legally guide and recommend the path of least resistance and uncertainty towards a most successful outcome in my real estate contractual blunder was something to admire. Frustrating at times because I wanted to go in with guns blazing because afterall I was right. However, his insight on how the scales of give and take in the realm of law and mediation actually work. His ability to communicate without arrogance was also admirable. Lawyers can be arrogant but not Ryan. He is educated, patient, and kind along with a great personality. His approach informs you about the law and its uncertainties and that winning isn't always scot-free. Needless to say; we won a case no one else would dare venture but not without paying the piper. I wish he was specialized in all areas of the law because he is a keeper!
