After experiencing an awful car accident and overwhelmed with all that comes next, I can honestly say that I would not trust anyone else, other than Chad and his amazing team (especially Viviana) at Rankin and Gregory. They broke every step down into digestible pieces- were kind, professional, compassionate, timely, caring, and understanding. They took the time to make sure they had all of the pieces, and I was able to really focus on recovery while they focused on all of the legal pieces. Attorney Veronis ("Niko") is the BEST! We hired him after my husband was kicked in the head by a horse in a car accident. Yes, bizarre. I didn't know where to turn. I was confused about the law and our rights. My husband was seriously injured. A friend and colleague recommended Attorney Veronis. I called and left a message. Within hours, he called back and talked on the phone with us, explaining everything. The next day we went to his office, had an excellent conversation in which he clearly outlined our options and put us at ease. My sincere thanks to Nicholas Veronis and his staff for helping me and my family when I found myself in need of a lawyer as a result of a horrific bicycle accident. We were in uncharted waters and had no idea what to do. From his initial visit to the skilled nursing facility (where I resided for 4 months totally bedridden) to the rehab hospital and to visiting me at my sister's home where I continued my convalescence until I was able to return to my own home, Niko's personal concern for my well-being and recovery/rehab efforts never waivered. I needed to hire an attorney. I initially consulted another attorney in the area who refused to take over my case because he said there was no damages in it (e.g., money). I disagreed because I was legitimately injured. I asked him to recommend another attorney and Randall was the name of an attorney he gave me.
From my first meeting with Randall, he was professional, courteous, honest about the circumstances & legalities of my case, and treated me with dignity and respect. He took my case because he saw the harm done to me, even if it was not millions of dollars' worth of damages.

Jeff is truly a Lawyer that you should and will be honored to have on your case. After numerous tries to have a Lawyer listen to my case I gave up. But one day I got a call from Atlee Hall and it was Jeff and his paralegal that was on the other line to listen to me because my mother had reached out and told my story. We turned to attorney Jeffrey Gutkowski when other attorneys declined to help us get justice for our daughter. He was very understanding and made sure he had all the details. This has got to be the most backwards, uncaring lawyer I've ever worked with. He doesn't contact you for MONTHS, and oftentimes when he does contact you, it's to tell you he has something AGAINST you and not FOR you, then he disappears for a few more months as time ticks away with the statute of limitations.
He managed to answer his phone about 5% of the time he was called, and never called back when asked to in voicemails.
He eventually sent a letter with a bunch of bunk he got from the opposition lawyer, and believed every single word they sent, while in the same letter dropping us because the opposition lawyer tried to make the car accident victim look crazy.
Seriously!
He promised to send some papers to review, but they never came, until 3 months after the promise, when he sent the letter of dropping of the case.
To recap: No contact for months, rarely answers, and seemingly works with the opposition lawyers and not you.
I hope he changes, and the person reading this has a better experience than me.
