I was a client after a dog attacked my dog and I. The overall quality of service was great. I was very far out of my element as far as what I could even do. But the staff was incredibly helpful and very compassionate. They understood how much I care about my dog and how painful it was to see him hurt and suffering. They worked hard with the insurance company and kept us updated on how things were going. They returned with a settlement that was fair and would cover medical and vet bills. I sometimes felt overwhelmed by everything but never like I was fighting alone. I would highly recommend their service.

I needed to hire an attorney. I initially consulted another attorney in the area who refused to take over my case because he said there was no damages in it (e.g., money). I disagreed because I was legitimately injured. I asked him to recommend another attorney and Randall was the name of an attorney he gave me.
From my first meeting with Randall, he was professional, courteous, honest about the circumstances & legalities of my case, and treated me with dignity and respect. He took my case because he saw the harm done to me, even if it was not millions of dollars' worth of damages.
Throughout the process, Randall and his staff were responsive and kind, yet fought diligently on my behalf. I would highly recommend Randall to anyone in need of assistance. Jeff is truly a Lawyer that you should and will be honored to have on your case. After numerous tries to have a Lawyer listen to my case I gave up. But one day I got a call from Atlee Hall and it was Jeff and his paralegal that was on the other line to listen to me because my mother had reached out and told my story. Jeff is an amazing lawyer, he is very very intelligent but not arrogant. He has always gone above and beyond what I thought a lawyer should've. Over the past 4 years, he was always their for me and my family! He is Professional, Patient and Passionate in all he does. Jeff has always made me feel like I was the only case that he had to deal with even though I know that is not the case. He always did what was in my best interest. We turned to attorney Jeffrey Gutkowski when other attorneys declined to help us get justice for our daughter. He was very understanding and made sure he had all the details. Attorney Veronis ("Niko") is the BEST! We hired him after my husband was kicked in the head by a horse in a car accident. Yes, bizarre. I didn't know where to turn. My sincere thanks to Nicholas Veronis and his staff for helping me and my family when I found myself in need of a lawyer as a result of a horrific bicycle accident. Two years ago my husband and I were in a terrible car accident, we were hit by a drunk driver. A very good friend recommended that we call Wes Addington. This has got to be the most backwards, uncaring lawyer I've ever worked with. He doesn't contact you for MONTHS, and oftentimes when he does contact you, it's to tell you he has something AGAINST you and not FOR you, then he disappears for a few more months as time ticks away with the statute of limitations.
He managed to answer his phone about 5% of the time he was called, and never called back when asked to in voicemails.
He eventually sent a letter with a bunch of bunk he got from the opposition lawyer, and believed every single word they sent, while in the same letter dropping us because the opposition lawyer tried to make the car accident victim look crazy.
Seriously!
He promised to send some papers to review, but they never came, until 3 months after the promise, when he sent the letter of dropping of the case.
To recap: No contact for months, rarely answers, and seemingly works with the opposition lawyers and not you.
I hope he changes, and the person reading this has a better experience than me.
