Mr. Cox was my sons attorney and the level of communication skills that Mr. Cox exhibited was pitiful. My son tried to communicate as well as my husband and myself on numerous occasions and Mr. Cox would not answer or return a call. Mr Cox would not file a motion for emergency care for a wound on my sons leg and now my sons leg is in danger of amputation. Mr. Cox is just a 'wait and see' type of an attorney and is definitely out of his comfort zone and level of experience for criminal law cases. In criminal law your Atty should not take a 'wait and see' approach. Beware.

I paid a small fortune to get help with my family law case. Once it was all said and done I found out that the attorney didn’t do what he said. Meaning we fought to have a name change and to be added to the birth certificate, which neither was done. When asked about why I was told I needed to pay more money so that it would be done. Why would anyone pay for something twice?

When I fell in a hole in a parking lot the ligaments in my knee were torn. I am not from Winchester and spoke to another attorney before speaking with Stanley about my accident. The other attorney would not take my case. Stanley took it and explained all the reasons why other attorneys probably weren't interested. Even with the problems with my case Stanley was able to get it settled for more than I expected. He is a fantastic attorney.
