I just want to let people that look at this website know what a great bunch of men and women you guys are. Six years ago my family went through the most horrific experience. Our 9 year old daughter had a stroke and had to have a mechanic valve put into her heart.i contacted Rainwater,Holt and Sexton and was put into contact with Bob Sexton. Mr. Sexton handled my auto accident case last year, and I couldn't have been happier with him and his staff. From the day of our first contact until our final meeting, we received amiable, astute, & prompt service. Trevor executed laudable representation for my family; consistently going above and beyond to take care of us. We hired Trevor for a lawsuit against a corporation due to trauma our child endured as a result of their negligence. It was a very sensitive topic that was difficult to simply discuss. He was compassionate, encouraging, and never pushed the boundaries of our comfort level. We decided to settle without a trial because of the emotional turmoil of having to extend the lawsuit. Brandon Moffitt was my attorney over the course of about a year. He solved several issues for me related to a complicated probate case . Several attorneys were involved and I was in over my head legally. He was my primary contact and counselor regarding contracts, property settlement, will writing, gas and oil rights....everything that "came up". He resolved conflict between family members and prevented disputes during a difficult time.
He is a calming, professional person, willing and capable of putting out fires. He stayed with my case until probate ended and the issues I had were resolved enough to proceed without an attorney. In other words, he saw things through and made them better while saving time and money.
His fees are more than fair and he was careful about never overcharging. He often answered the telephone personally and if not, always returned calls promptly. If you've ever hired an attorney, you know how rare it is to have an open line of communication. I appreciate that most of all. I would hire him again with confidence. Unfortunately, you can’t decide when the most traumatic moment of your life decides to happen — when you’re driving home from the grocery store with your wife and dog, and you get T-boned by a drunk driver fleeing the cops at 100+ mph. No communications on the part of our lawyer. Doesn't fight for clients. Doesn't reveal to them they are going to go on maternity leave and still takes cases. Dodges calls. Not worth the money they take from you to receive a settlement in a timely manner because you won't. A year of us fighting for our lawyer to fight for us. Do not recommend.

I would recommend doing your research before retaining. I've spoken to 2 different individuals who used this individual for a custody battle and both have been very displeased.
