I deeply appreciate to Maria Patente the way she conducted my legal cases. As an attorney she is the best!. I have been confronting legal bottles through the courts system for practically eighteen (18) years. My previous six (6) attorneys did little or practically none to resolve them in my favor. But, Maria with great professionalism converted my stress and frustrations in happiness when she competently won them all. The outcomes were fantastic!.

BEWARE!!! What started out as great service from Mr.Rosenthall, has become a nightmare!!! Services paid in full. Over a year and expungements are not complete, 5+ emails and phone calls never returned. His negligence has led to denial of employment for charges that have been approved due to them being tied to a charge that is in need of a hearing!

Well worth the time and money
Long story short I've never been in that kind of trouble before. At first I tried hiring a lawyer that didn't show up and then I seen Casey in court. That same day, I got a letter in the mail with his picture in it and I knew I had to hire him. His team answered my call, listened to me and handled my case with Professionalism. They were very open and kept me informed of everything. Casey made a gameplan and we folloewed it. Turns out he actually knew what he was talking about about! I would recommend him and his team to a friend and I hope I never have to speak to him again but if i do I will call him before I call my mom! Thanks Casey!

Vanessa and her team walked me through what was the most complicated circumstance of my life. When I shared the story of my circumstance, she asked many questions about home life behavior and immediately made recommendations to rule out other factors relevant to a divorce proceeding. The plan which was put in place uncovered information I was completely blind to and provided me the detail to begin the fight of my life... for my children.
She was responsive, timely and thoughtful. I found it also valuable that she looped in other members of the firm to assist in answering questions regarding criminal actions to help me take make decisions on actions to take.

Tim knows his stuff. I had three charges, 2 misdemeanors, 1 felony, I was founf not guilty of one of the misdemeanors and the other two charges were dismissed. He also made it so that after I am able to expunge the arrests, so it is as if the incident never happened. I hope that I never have to use a lawyer for criminal charges again, but if I do I know I will be calling Tim.

Mr. Dave Bayne took on my personal injury case after I was rear ended at a traffic light. Por favor no contratar estos abogados lo único que hacen es hacerte perder el tiempo ellos agarraron mi caso hace casi dos años pague todo el dinero y en febrero del este año me dijeron que ya avían mandado mi caso después de estar todo un año llamando constantemente para ver si ya habían mandado mi caso por fin me dijeron que si, ellos no saben lo que es comunicacion por que te ignoran por completo.
Se suponía que al principio de febrero ya lo habían mandado, resulta que me moví de estado y les llamo 9 meses después para dejarles saber y pues me dicen que el caso nunca fue mandado y ni siquiera fueron capaz de disculparse o hacer algo al respecto, si van a contratarlos prepárate a estar llamando y que nunca te respondan y lo más posible que pierdan tus documentos oh que nunca los manden a imigracion y lo único que te dicen es que te regresarán la llamada pero nunca lo hacen, ellos solo se enfocan en agarrar muchos casos para agarrar el dinero pero ya teniendo tu caso se olvidan son unos irresponsables, robando dinero y tiempo ala gente, tienes que llamarlos constantemente y nunca responden es un nightmare bregar con esta gente y deberían ser repostados, mi abogada fue EMYLY SWARTZ, y ella no es la única until de todos los abogados que trabajan ahí, mi amiga también los contrato a ellos fue otro abogado que también tuvo una mala experiencia, perdieron todos sus documentos y nunca le respondían el teléfono, y también te cambian de paralegal como el papel que le cambian ala printer cada ves que por fin puedes hablar con ellos prepararte para las mil

After hiring this attorney for a workers compensation matter Kernbach failed me greatly in my case. Communication was terrible. He is not an aggressive attorney, when I needed help and things got tough he treated my case like a side job. In short, he did a half job. I strongly recommend that readers of this review do not hire this attorney.

The most unprofessional person I’ve ever had to deal with. My husband is being held in a completely different county due to this lawyers lack of notice about a new court date. When I called to ask what’s going on, he said “What do you expect me to do about it” and hung up the phone on me. After speaking with the courthouse and confirming this is who was still technically representing him, they were appalled. Words can’t even describe how rude this man is and/or how the hell he’s even able to call himself a lawyer. As a law student myself, it’s an insult to have people like this working for our justice system.
