I was lucky enough to get Guy to represent me in a Complicated MVA. I have had other attorney’s. Guy could run circles around them. If you can hire this firm I highly suggest it! It would be a mistake not to. In the past with attorneys I’ve had to wonder what was happening in my case. This firm is on point in every aspect. Have a question it get answered. Mr. Sloane is an extremely efficient as well as passionate attorney. After my daughter was hit by a car while bicycling, we were grateful she was alive. We soon realized that dealing with the insurance was REALLY complex- auto insurance coverage, minimums, health insurance, the driver was underinsured . . . Stressful. I am a professional myself, but I could not figure it out and was just going to have my insurance company settle it. I am very glad I did NOT do that.

Badly injured in an auto accident it was a long hard recovery. My insurance company and the person who rammed into me insurance company were very uncooperative in aiding in my recover and a fair settlement. I was getting nowhere with my lawyer.

Attorney Frank Baldo the Superman of attorneys, represented me in a personal injury case. First introduction was him driving out immediately; fast like Superman on the scene after initial call made so he could inspect my damaged vehicle and take photos. I was literally run over by a commercial truck in my case. Communication, updates, professionalism, and court appearances were all exemplary and above the call of duty. I highly recommend him as a personal injury attorney based on how he handled my case. Sometimes small is better because you get more attention and eyes on your case and have more interaction if needed.

We consulted with Patrick after my husband ended up in a nightmarish situation resulting in a potential legal malpractice claim. The case involved a complicated set of facts, so we had a lengthy consultation with Patrick. He went above and beyond in terms of taking the time to understand all the moving pieces. My wife was hit by a SUV while walking across our Street in center city. She was severely injured and needed two operations included a hip replacement. She was in the rehab hospital for six weeks and has made a great recovery but will be on a cane. Luckily we had excellent insurance coverage including both medical and under insured motorist. Bob and his team knew exactly how to work with and prepare for the insurance claim, The driver did have some liability and after investigation it was clear he had no assets or other insurance coverage. A bit more than a year after the accident we settled for almost the limit of the policy, substantially more than the initial offer from the insurance company. Bob gave us terrific advice and the people he works with really helped to make a difficult situation far easier to cope with.

I don’t know what happened to my other review but I think pallen is nothing but a money hungry person. I don’t think he’s handling my mother’s finances well and I think him and my sister are both very sneaky about what he’s paying a nurses aide for her, when he told me and my other sister he was hiring Bayada nurses for my mother’s care. All the sudden him and my sister hire a nurses aide who I feel is not competent. I hope people know these guardianships get 4% of the estate and I feel he’s draining her finances. My mother was not incompetent and I feel the court system has failed her! Save your money- now I’m finding out that my sister Lynn and her husband are on drugs and pallin isn’t doing anything about my mother’s welfare. Lynn is a bad influence-she will not let us visit our mother. Heard she cleaned out my mother’s house with the money in her safe!! Pallin she’s buying drugs and you don’t care about my mother’s finances that you claim you are taking care of. She has no idea (my mother) of what’s going on with lynn(her daughter).

They especially had to work even harder during Covid 19 to make a safe way to put our troubles to a smooth and safe finish. They were caring and understanding to our personal situation in the health and well being of our son who was hit by a car. Patrick called me and wanted to represent me in my worker’s compensation case. He said I had a great case. Most of the work wAs done by Laura, his associate. She wears very nice. The first inkling that he was lacking was that he forgot to obtain a court reporter for my deposition with the insurance company’s lawyer. Mr Hickey sent me to a “pill mill” for treatment and therapy for a rotator cuff tear. Medical care was poor and caused my pain to increase due to their failure to diagnose a compression fracture in my thoracic spine. After 6 months Mr. Hickey said we had to settle and the most he could get me was $10,000.

Had an appointment set up to discuss my case, when I showed up to my scheduled appointment Matthew didn’t. His office was locked up as if nobody was home. I made three calls to his office and left a voicemail to boot. Still waiting on his response. Why set up and agree to give consultation then not show up? Unprofessional to say the least. Lawyers are a dime a dozen, so go somewhere else please don’t waste your time here.

Despite being a customer (client) this lawyer did every thing to their own agenda, despite the consequence to me, the client. I was even threatened with court action. Ken Schuster and Asso. lost letters addressed to him, in His Envelope, lost/ disregarded e-mails and made this into a bad experience. Not trustworthy, responsive, eluded me,
and seemed knowledgeable when there was $ to be had. NOT recommended.
