Sharon represented me in a business partnership dispute. She was professional, knowledgeable and diligent throughout the process. After my daughter was hit by a car while bicycling, we were grateful she was alive. We soon realized that dealing with the insurance was REALLY complex- auto insurance coverage, minimums, health insurance, the driver was underinsured . . . Stressful. I am a professional myself, but I could not figure it out and was just going to have my insurance company settle it. I am very glad I did NOT do that.

Badly injured in an auto accident it was a long hard recovery. My insurance company and the person who rammed into me insurance company were very uncooperative in aiding in my recover and a fair settlement. I was getting nowhere with my lawyer.
So I started looking for a new one.

We ended up in court with a jury trial HE SLAMMED DUNKED THE OPPOSING INSURANCE COMPANY ATTORNEYS.

I needed help with paperwork for a civil case. It wasn’t a huge amount of money, and that made it difficult finding a lawyer to help. Attorney Frank Baldo the Superman of attorneys, represented me in a personal injury case. First introduction was him driving out immediately; fast like Superman on the scene after initial call made so he could inspect my damaged vehicle and take photos. I was literally run over by a commercial truck in my case. Communication, updates, professionalism, and court appearances were all exemplary and above the call of duty. We consulted with Patrick after my husband ended up in a nightmarish situation resulting in a potential legal malpractice claim. My wife was hit by a SUV while walking across our Street in center city. She was severely injured and needed two operations included a hip replacement. She was in the rehab hospital for six weeks and has made a great recovery but will be on a cane. Luckily we had excellent insurance coverage including both medical and under insured motorist. Bob and his team knew exactly how to work with and prepare for the insurance claim, The driver did have some liability and after investigation it was clear he had no assets or other insurance coverage. A bit more than a year after the accident we settled for almost the limit of the policy, substantially more than the initial offer from the insurance company. Bob gave us terrific advice and the people he works with really helped to make a difficult situation far easier to cope with.

Patrick called me and wanted to represent me in my worker’s compensation case. He said I had a great case. Most of the work wAs done by Laura, his associate. She wears very nice. The first inkling that he was lacking was that he forgot to obtain a court reporter for my deposition with the insurance company’s lawyer. Mr Hickey sent me to a “pill mill” for treatment and therapy for a rotator cuff tear. Medical care was poor and caused my pain to increase due to their failure to diagnose a compression fracture in my thoracic spine. After 6 months Mr. Hickey said we had to settle and the most he could get me was $10,000.

Ken Schuster and Asso. lost letters addressed to him, in His Envelope, lost/ disregarded e-mails and made this into a bad experience. Not trustworthy, responsive, eluded me,
and seemed knowledgeable when there was $ to be had. NOT recommended.
