They could not get my name on at a time of great need representing Morgan and Morgan I expected way more than just someone who could not get my name right could not get the names of my doctors or doctors assistance right could not get the orders right.
Leaving me to have multiple tripsps for the same things the.
I must say the are not on top of the game they are not for the people I am living suffering proof.
don't they understand the pain and suffering at the people are going through and they depend on these attorneys for help.
and then they can't get nobody's name right they can't answer any telephone calls when regards I was in the emergency room and they had the information required to save a lot more discomfort and radiation.
I just don't know what to do when I only understand the one language I believe I speak well,
and then ask for one thing help with my medical situation that is the first thing I asked for.
Who wants to be paralyzed who wants to be in constant pain
who wants to be promised that they will get the help they're asking for to find out they get nothing but a incompetent at best paralegal who cannot get my name right cause me Mr cook cannot tell Bernice from brunette.
When it's an emergency they forget about you at the emergency room while my family frantically is trying to contact them and given the experience line.
I honestly don't understand I was told this was a good attorney but yet I am seeing something totally different.
I specifically asked for Morgan & Morgan because I thought they had more medical resources which forgot to be the absolute opposite.
All medical help that I received with prior to and after Morgan & Morgan it took them over two weeks just to get the paperwork wrong and the name wrong.

Carmine was personable, attentive and friendly. Carmine and Julia treated me as a friend as well as a client. I was given timely advice and more than once that advice saved me from making emotional mistakes that could have been damaging to my case. Both Carmine and Julia spent extra time with me explaining how the process works so I could make informed decisions on how to proceed. I never had a cell phone before the divorce and Julia offered to help me with the basics of using the phone.

It was a blessing to be represented by an attorney who is not only beautiful out side but more beautiful inside. I was worried that I could not be able to afford an attorney to represent me in my divorce case. God blessed me by choosing a lawyer that listened to my story and did every thing she could to help me despite the fact that I did not have enough money to hire a lawyer. I knew when I first talked to Mrs. Dafoe and she said if I was out to get revenge or take what wasn't fair in my divorce then she wasn't the lawyer for me. I knew then that she was the lawyer I wanted. Divorce is never easy emotionally yet Mrs. Dafoe was very compassionate. She will tell you straight up what her fees are and doesn't expand her fees. Mrs. Dafoe knows her job and respects the position she and trust the judges have in her to exercise her clients rights to the fullest. I would refer her to everybody who wants a fair divorce.

I hired this attorney to represent me in a slip and fall case. It turned out to be a huge mistake. We were offered $100K to settle but my attorneys recommended we go to trial. We were seeking over $4M. We lost the case and now I’m going to get $0. On top of that I have over $500K in medical expenses that I am now liable for and I’m concerned that I might have to pay additional legal fees. These attorneys give bad advice and are not competent in the courtroom.

Mr. Hamilton took my case after a driver ran a stop sign and t-boned me at high speed. I could not be happier with the entire process. They took care of all medical billing issues during the entire case and was able to get a very good sized payout after everything was taken care of. I was hit by a drunk driver in '04, John took my case and helped me not only receive finances for the damages, but also cleared the accusations that the accident was my fault. He kept me informed through every step of the proceedings, and met with me sometimes several times a week to make sure I was in the know. If you want him to tell you he is withdrawing from your case the day after divorce trial and tell you he will not advise you and proceed to sign off on a final judgement 3 days later that you object to (one written by opposing counsel)..... he's your guy. You may want to think about if that is ethical and if that's who you want representing you. During litigation many emails to him without responses and being told they were difficult questions when I discussed the matter with him! Too many negatives to list.
Update: as to his response I don't take his apology too serious. The man won't even respond to any emails and sounds familiar as when I was paying him to represent me he didn't respond to emails. He was paid to serve a subpeona in my case and was notified that he sent it to the wrong department and needed to resend it to the correct department. After a few days I called the financial institution to check on the subpeona as we were on a tight timeline only to be told that he was contacted to resend it and did not do it. I contacted him and was given an "excuse" and he promptly resent it. I followed up with the subpeona department that it was sent to only to find out he didn't sign the subpeona! Again another "excuse." Prior to trial he said we wouldn't have the subpeona back in time for trial. One day after trial and him telling me he was withdrawing from my case....Guess what ....I again called the subpeona department to check on the subpeona and was told that it was sent to him the day before trial! 2 days later we have a hearing with the judge for him to withdraw from my case and I let him know that I had called and found out that he was sent the subpeona the day before trial. I can still see the look on his face. Within 45 minutes after the hearing I get an email stating that he went and checked his email and low and behold it was in his SPAM! Take it from there.
