I guess that sas the same dvd the doctor told me to take hame , after a failed trail with the pain pump ( I had a spinal headache for 3 days , thank god for a blood patch ) I should have never had the first pump implant.A year and a half hater the motor stalled , then a second pump was installed, now I am on my 3rd pump , thank you for getting some compensation years later , I never was involved in any type of lawsuit before , Nicole made it very easy on my end , and made me understand that the legal action will make Medtronic build better devices for others in the future . I can’t thank Nichol Kreklau enough .

I had never had an interaction with a lawyer before and had no idea where to begin even finding one for my personal injury claim I wanted to make against a major corporation. I knew I was in way over my head but after reviewing Jeff's profile/resume, I called him for a consolation. I got a call back from him right away and he was very engaged and offered to help. I wish there was a rating of 1 to 10 because Mr. Keyser deserves a 10 out of 10! The overall experience of going to court can be a very unsettling and stressful process... Mr. Keyser genuinely cares about his clients and the overall outcome of their cases!

In 2012, my husband and I were in a bad car accident that landed us in a level-1 trauma center in Minneapolis. Only a few hours after arriving I received a call from my nephew, a prominent lawyer in Philadelphia (PA), who instructed me not to speak with any lawyers until he found me "the best" in the Cities -- and he was true to his word. John Dornik came highly recommended and has certainly lived up to his reputation. Not only did John prove himself to be a deft negotiator with a masterful grasp of injury law, he is a warm and compassionate human being who never thought twice about making himself available to help us navigate the endless medical and disability forms, or to simply offer a word of encouragement or advice. It is no understatement to say that I'm not sure what we would have done without him!
And when it came to negotiating the settlement, he made sure we understood the process and that he had a clear idea of our goals. With the insurance company, he was firm and reasoned.

I formally worked as a young professional in high-level management roles, the most recent being a combined role as a Senior Director of Operations and a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA). I contracted a severe, life altering illness (listeriosis) as a result of food poisoning. It caused permanent brain damage resulting in significant, lasting deficits that ended my former career. I had some estate planning to take care of and wasn't sure how to go about it. Eric Miklasevics is an attorney in my neighborhood that was very easy to work with. I felt very comfortable asking questions and he was able to work with me in a style that made sense. I'm 40, so this stuff isn't exactly what I think about all the time. Eric brought up good questions when I was figuring out my Healthcare Directive.
What's great about Eric is that, while he's very knowledgable, he doesn't present himself in a way that is intimidating or stuffy. My perception would have been that this would be an uncomfortable process that would make me realize just how much stuff I didn't have. I'm not a rich person, so "estate planning" for me was about taking care of my partner and my dogs when I die. Pretty bare bones, but I didn't feel stupid for asking Eric to do it.

My car was totaled in an accident just when I was in the middle of a stressful and busy time in my life. I hired Eric to handle negotiations with the car insurance companies involved, and I'm so glad I did. I didn't receive the help needed. They withdrew due to inaccurate and misunderstood information based on their own assumptions and refused to respond to clarify further. If they would have responded they would have understood that the things they found to be an issue would have actually helped my case because it is a part of my disability. Not responding and assuming was very unprofessional.
