It is hard to find a competent family law specialist in a smaller town. Fortunately, I was able to find her website on google and retain her. Mrs. Chisholm has represented me in my divorce since October 2015. I knew after our first meeting that she was extremely competent and experienced in her field. She has taken her time to help me better understand the court procedures and what to expect. In addition to her professionalism, I have found Penny to be very sincere and kind hearted. My family homesteaded in Montana. We have been here for 7 generations. After retiring from Boeing, I returned to Montana where a group of who I can only call greenie anarchists threatened my life, vandalized my property and sued me multiple times. I hired a number of attorneys to represent me, including some big name types from Montana. Most of them only got my name right on my bill. We (barely) prevailed in the lawsuits filed against us, mostly because of my wife's attention to detail and her amazing memory. I told my wife shortly before we contacted Quentin that we were looking into the abyss. The greenies had forged documents allowing access to our property and after I confronted them with a shotgun had me arrested and charged with 6 felonies (240 years in prison). I have never been in trouble with the law. I held security clearances at the federal level and I was looking at prison for the rest of my life. We then hired Quentin as our previous attorney who told me I was a criminal had quit when I asked that Quentin come on-board. The charges "went away" as what I had done was LEGAL and Quentin pointed that out. The greenies then sued me and my wife. Quentin visited us, spent the night and by morning knew more about my case than I did. He had all the facts and had a response for all of the false accusations. We counter-sued and won over $250,000 in damages (what we asked for) as well as permanent restraining orders against those who sued us. I could not ask for a better attorney AND he is honest. I consider him a rarity in the legal profession, a good, honest, highly competent lawyer. If you are looking for one, look no further, this is the real thing!

I hired Quentin to pursue a claim a negligence claim against a home inspector. Quentin was dogged in pursuit of the inspector, who had left the state, and his insurance company. Through his efforts, I was able to make a full recovery. Quentin only charged me an hourly fee, which ended up costing me much less than a 1/3 or forty percent contingency fee of most other lawyers. I highly recommend Quentin.

I hired Doug as my attorney back in 2013 and it was the best decision of my life. I got myself into some trouble for some stupid things I had done and he helped talk me through it, and took care of everything and helped turn my life around. How refreshing. We had a ton of questions for a Workman's Comp/Retirement issue and only had one day in which to make our decision. We called Kraig late in the day on a Thursday afternoon and he was beyond patient with us plus took the time to explain everything in great detail. He explained that in our particular case we probably wouldn't come out ahead to hire him, but did give us tips on how to negotiate ourselves with Workman's Comp. Who does that? He did not try to up sell us, sign us or give us grandiose expectations, simply straight talked and gave us our best options. Thank you Kraig. We choose your law firm at random from internet listings but will recommend and choose your law firm in the future because of your compassion and the professional interaction we had with you. My husband even commented how nice it was you didn't seem like you were trying to get rid of us once it was determined we weren't hiring you. It is really stressful trying to figure all the Social Security, Retirement, Workman's Comp, etc. for a lay person; you answered all our questions and then some plus eased our minds that we were making the right decision. Highly recommend.

I spoke with him about laws pertaining to workman comp. and my rights on getting 2nd opinions. Whether a job can place me on comp. due to Dr. Restrictions after still doing the same job for 9 months. He was very friendly and helpful in the many steps I could take.. There was no pressure to hire him during the consultation and tells you up front his charges if you do. Would recommend him to friends and family and I am keeping his card in case I need him again.

I think that at some point in their life, everyone needs some type of expert legal counsel. That time came for me when a trusted friend defaulted on a loan for which I had co-signed. I made a genuine effort to pay what was owed, but unfortunately a third party purchased the debt and I was left owing many times more than the primary lender had originally agreed to settle upon. Acting on the recommendation of a business associate, I contacted Mr. Gerstner for legal counsel to discuss my options for settling this matter. Upon meeting with him for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed at the level of detail/interest that Mr. Gerstner took in collecting the information needed to pursue my possible courses of action. He researched my case thoroughly before ever sitting down with me to discuss my settlement options. When we did meet for the second time, Mr. Gerstner was well prepared for the conversation and explained to me my rights in addition to those of the plaintiff. He didn't "sugar coat" anything, but was compassionate in suggesting how my case might best be resolved. I couldn't have been more pleased with this lawyer or the outcome of my case. Mr. Gerstner worked countless hours in preparing my proposal in a fashion that was acceptable to both parties. My husband died last year. He handled all our insurance policies. I was sure he told me that if we had an accident and our car had to be fixed, that our policy paid for a rental car for us to drive while the repairs were being done. I ran the car off the road so I wouldn't hit a deer and did quite a bit of damage. When my agent told me I was not covered for a rental car and would have to pay almost $1000 for the car rental I couldn't believe it. I called Bulman Law for help. Thomas Bulman asked me to bring the policy down to his office so he could read it. He read it, called the insurance company and pointed out the coverage was paid for and that he would file a complaint with the Montana State Insurance Commissioner if they didn't immediately give me my rental car. I had my rental car by the end of the day. There was no charge for his consultation and help. Thanks so much!

I called Bulman Law. I was connected to Thomas Bulman about my legal question. I gave some info of why I was calling. He immediately became annoyed saying it wasn't worth pursing; it did not pay out enough. Instead of saying he wasn't interested and ending the call, he proceeded to insult, demean and personally attack me making inappropriate and unprofessional comments. I complained to his partners. One apologized but Bulman sent a email response proving he's unprofessional. Call log of my call to him at his office "disappeared" but I have the call record on my phone.
