Mr. McArdle is a very stand out and stand up motorcycle wreck attorney. When nobody else would even take a look at my case he did. His honesty and goodheartedness is what sets him above all others. He was straightforward about every aspect of my case. And those facts right there were everything I was looking for in an attorney as well as a law firm (honesty, sincerity, kindness and willingness). I have not had the opportunity to have to hire many attorney's in the past. Just one for my divorce & now Mr. Luck for a mistake I made.
The best decision I ever made was retaining Mr. Luck. I never do reviews but I felt it necessary to maybe help save someone's life some day.
Being a 30+ year enforcement officer I have seen nearly every attorney in this area in court room action and there are some dumba%€#@@ out there.
I assure you that the legal disclosure that attorney's have to place with there ad "saying that the legal representation of this attorney in no way constitutes that the legal services performed is better than another attorney (or something in that affect)" is a whole bunch of bull%#£@&!!!
Attorney's are no different than any other professional. There are much better mechanics, doctors, carpenters, and so on.
So there is a vast difference in the quality & the expertise of the attorney that you hire.
And let's face it, if you are hiring an attorney then your very life or way of life is on the line. Do your research & do not hire an idiot.
Mr. Luck has his crap together & I would highly recommend him without question.
Let's face it, usually when we need an attorney you are probably not having a very good day. You are scared, confused & it feels like your life has been turned upside down.
Are you going to put your life in an idiots hands. I thank not.
I was referred to Mr. Luck through a mutual friend & he came highly recommended.
I am very pleased with the work & the time he has spent with me. He has always had the time to sit down with me & explain what is going on with my case. His knowledge in different areas of the law is excellent.
We are still in the middle of my situation but I can tell you this, we have had 2 major & 1 minor issue come up & he has won each of them.
Not only is Mr. Luck a dang good attorney, he is a very nice & humble man that actually cares for his clients.
In my opinion, he is even better than advertised.
So do yourself a favor if you end up needing an attorney from anything involving criminal charges to child custody / divorce and everything in between. This man will be there for you & he will fight for every ounce of your rights & then some.

I called Attorney Long to find out information about child support and he gave me the MOST information I've ever had on this journey of about 18yrs!!! I have personally had conversations with attorneys face to face and they never took much of an interest. They just made me feel like another case that would be added to their pile of cases. Although I am tired of going through the motions with a parent that is committed to not paying, Attorney Long has encouraged me not to give up! I feel that with the information that's been povided it's given me more insight as well as a will to keep persuing this unlikely situation. I'm most appreciative and confident that things are now about to move forward!

From the moment I spoke with Ms. Whitman, I knew that I could trust her and that she would look out for our best interest. I thought that my case would be simple since my daughter was hit as she traveled through the intersection (green light) when the other vehicle ran through the light that caused the accident. Simple, right? Not so simple. Misha took the time to explain the Alabama law if an individual is found even 1% liable for the accident, the insurance company could deny the claim. She found an error in the police report and drove to the accident site to be sure of her findings. She was extremely thorough and always pleasant to speak with. She laid out the facts and provided clear expectations. Early mornings were the best time to call me and so she made my timing fit her schedule. I hope that my daughter and I are never involved in an accident again, HOWEVER, if we Misha Whitman is the only attorney for us Thank you Misha for all you've done!

I called the firm and within 20 mins, Misha called back. I told her about the car accident and that my car was totaled. I am from another state and had the wreck in Vestavia so clearly I am clueless about Alabama laws and what to do going forward.
She gave me a TON of information and advice that helped alleviate my anxiety and concern. I felt more confident knowing how to deal with the insurance and how to proceed from here. Overcharges! Do not believe his sales pitch! You WILL end up paying more than you think and heaven help you if you don't pay on time. He will drop your case right in the middle. Quick and in a hurry. Worst lawyer ever! Wastes clients time and does the bare minimum to get by. Does what HE thinks is best. Not what the CLIENT wants. Save yourself heartache and time. Get a good lawyer the FIRST TIME. I hired Stewart Vance. I gave him all the required information. He told me not to worry I was in good hands. Well, two months later I receive a letter from him saying he was not going represent me. After trying to contact him, he finally called back. He basically said there was not a lot of money to be made and it may go to trial. Stewart Vance failed to preserve critical evidence, which would have made this case so easy. Their law office bases the foundation of an accident on the police report. I was not listed at fault. Due to Vance's failure to preserve the evidence, the time-frame has expired to retrieve this critical data. In Law School and law enforcement training you are always taught to "Preserve" the evidence. Due to Stewart Vance's lack of professional work ethics and taking care of his client, he has made it difficult for another attorney in handling my case. Stewart Vance's advertisment should be "Call us if your case is worth a lot of money and we do NOT have to do any work.

My experience with Sandra Lewis is that she was extremely rude and inconsiderate towards me during my case. She performed only two out of eight tasks that she gave me her word on. She charged me over $4,000 and when I asked about the other tasks, she gave me a sarcastic answer. I did not get the results that I should have gotten, although I did get some favorable results. You deserve better.
