The day I walked into Matt's office for the first time for my personal injury appointment almost never happened. That day I had just received my accident report from state police and it stated that I was responsible for the tractor trailer driver's accident. I was in an accident on I91 and suffered cervical spinal cord damage. I was shocked to read that on the report because no ticket was issued. Matt was very easy to talk to while explaining my side to him--his positive and reassuring attitude was calming. By the time my appointment ended, Matt was my counsel and not only did I have a chance--he ended up over time negotiating a settlement on our terms! I had contacted him to ask questions about my accident. As we talked he informed me that I'm not his type client that he would be representing the other driver. However he continued on the phone with me till I fully understood the whole process. He didn't rush me or charge me. I am so grateful for his knowledge and time. Matt Malouf and Jazmin Rivera were wonderful to work with! They made it simple and even when my claim was inevitably getting dragged out by the insurance company they made me feel comfortable with the process and explained my next steps in an easy to understand way. The insurance company listed me as 50% responsible for a car accident made my another person running a red light when I had green. They took care of it in no time and made sure I was given my proper settlement and listed 0% responsible. Thank you so much for helping me out with this! I had a MAJOR motorcycle accident 2 years ago that’s clearly not my fault and was recommended to hire Arthur Gatzoulis and I cannot speak highly enough. I hurt my knee on the job in 2016. The workers comp insurance company agreed that the knee was injured on the job and paid for PT and a meniscus operation. I was still in pain after the operation and insisted on another MRI. It was determined that I would need a total knee replacement operation. The insurance company told me "you don't need a lawyer" , then their lawyer sent me a notice that I needed to go to an Independent Medical Examination. That's when I found Doug on the internet. Long story less long, he took my case and won unanimous decisions with four mediators at two different hearings at the Department of Labor. I got my knee replaced after 2+ years from the initial accident and Doug was amazing. Highly recommend his services. I would not have prevailed without him.

I have been acquainted with attorney Brian Snow for 15+ years. He became my lawyer when I was running a business. He not only improved my contracts by adding necessary clauses and making them air tight, he was also there for me whenever a legal matter arose. Several years later he handled my divorce which was a very emotional ordeal. He was understanding, patient and once again took charge of what was needed to be done. Leslie Nixon was linked to my case as I happened to be working in New Hampshire when I was ejected from a vehicle while the driver fell asleep. Andrea Nelson from Hamblett & Kerrigan is awesome! My husband and I met with her to get our affairs in order. Andrea advised that any blended families should definitely put this in place because Probate goes by blood lines. Having children and step children we knew we needed to act on this information.
