Attorney Jim and his wife, Attorney Julia, were a dynamic duo. I had been involved in a MVA case once before and the experience was less than ideal which made me worried and a bit hopeless about the case that I went to Jim for. From our first meeting, Jim explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and he as well as his paralegal Michael were always very responsive when I had questions both during and outside of our set meetings. Furthermore, Jim had a very personable approach and took time to understand the full picture of me and my case. Jim never over promised or gave any inflated predictions about how things would go, he was transparent throughout the entire process which was very important to me (as an Attorney myself I deeply appreciate when people give it to me straight). That said, he was able to get me far more than I was expecting for my case. He even gave me helpful information on an personal legal inquiry that was unrelated to the case at hand. I have and will continue to recommend his services to any of my family and friends.

A while back I was involved in a total loss automobile accident with injuries, I was referred to Balzano and Tropiano by my Sister. I initially met with Alphonse Balzano, and was thoroughly impressed with his presentation. I was informed that his Partner Richard Tropiano would be handling my case. Attorney Hughes handled my fathers criminal court case and was able to negotiate a decent disposition.
I then asked him to help with my case because I was getting a real bad offer with my public defender and felt as if I was just a number to them.
Pat is an extremely down to earth guy. he will not lie to you and tell you something that may not happen. He was more than willing to work with my payments as my finances are awful at the moment.

I had wrote a review on Patrick that was so great. I’m currently in the process of having it removed. Ya see, I have been going through a rough time in my life. I was charged with things that weren’t true. Well Patrick had read my review and instead of taking it personally. He took it as a challenge to do better and instead of being a lawyer, he opened up as a friend and really made me and my family feel comfortable. When the stuff hits the fan, you’re gonna want someone who will help you feel at ease. Not only does this man excel at law. He is a wonderful human! You’re lawyer may be good but my lawyer does more. John was recommended by a few friends, I also checked his reviews. It was a frustrating experience, I always had to call their office, was never kept up on what was going on with my case. I was told an offer had been made on my behalf AFTER it was done, to settle with the insurance company. It was never discussed with me, I definitely didn’t feel that was right. I then asked the office to please keep me in the loop when things are done, had to demand a face to face meeting with him. I was Recently told maybe not to go to court because of the COVID ! People would not look kindly upon me asking for money when other people had died because of this virus. I thought it was a ridiculous response, but didn’t want to deal with this practice anymore so I unhappily, settled, Didn’t feel I was compensated for all the pain and suffering I went thru. I did alot of the foot work, calling the companies, Doctors, therapist, having info faxed to the lawyers office for various forms, visits, etc.
That’s why I would not recommend John because of the issues I’ve had.
I am writing this so other people don’t go thru the difficulties I went thru, I struggled with if I wanted to write and post this and decided it was the right thing to do.
