I have been dealing with this law firm for two years and it felt like I have been knowing Megan Kiefer and Chris Shorts for 20 years. Not only did they help me with my case but I feel like we connected. Every step and every I that needed to be dotted, I was called and informed about it. They were patient with me and I was patient with them. When my case came to an end, after 2 yrs, I really didn’t want it to end because I knew I would not have the opportunity to talk to these very nice, helpful, and caring people at Kiefer & Kiefer. They went over and beyond when I to give up. Those 2 yrs paid off really well. I haven’t been in a financial space like this in 42 years. Thanks to Kiefer & Kiefer. I chose Cosse Law Firm based on a recommendation and after having a consult. Chip Cosse had initial discussions with me and scheduled doctors and physical therapy appointments to address my injuries. Attorney Alex Dimitry was assigned to my case. We spoke on the phone, and he gathered all of the information he needed from me and answered all of the questions I had. His goal was to get me as healthy as possible, gather the facts of my case, and have me fairly compensated. He anticipated every aspect of my case and hired the proper professionals to assess my vehicle computer and recreate the accident to show that the driver that struck me from the rear should have been able to avoid the collision. He was with me at my deposition and ensured that it was conducted in a professional manner. After my surgery and deposition he followed up with me in regards to my recovery and to explain any developments with my case. My wife and I said that New Orleans is definitely a city that we wanted to visit. As fate would have it, her job brought her to New Orleans on a weeklong business trip and I was her plus one. I was having a really great time until I was involved in an incident where I was hit by a car while crossing at an intersection in the French Quarters. We had only been in the city for 3 days during a 7 days stay, yet, I was confined to resting in my hotel room for the remainder of the trip. I saw that there were a lot of television commercials for accident attorneys; however, when I called them to get a consultation, no one would take my case because I was from another state. Although I was unable to speak to anyone until the day we were flying out, they accommodated my wife and I by getting us into their office and made us feel valued and appreciated from the very first handshake.
