My wife and I were in a car accident and decided to take legal action against the person whose vehicle hit us. After consulting with a few lawyers in the area, we chose Kleczek Law and worked with David and Brendan. Our decision was based on our initial conversation, where it felt like David would fight for us and was willing to go to court if needed. Throughout the lawsuit, Brendan kept me updated as soon as he had any news, which was greatly appreciated. He was always reachable and would call back promptly if he wasn’t available. I was in a terrible situation involving an accident with my Tesla. The repair shop and the insurance company had been stringing me along for almost a year, and the situation seemed hopeless. My case is not yet completed, and I wanted to write this before then...because for me, it is about more than a dollar amount. Working with John Winer has helped me realize what it is that happened to me; that brought me into his office. He has reminded me time and again that the injuries and batteries I endured were not my fault. I went to him at such a low and wounded point, and he met me there. Inch by painful inch he has brought me to a place of realization - that my attacker preyed on me, used me, and had the training and know-how to manipulate me. It was not my fault. Walking into John's office, I had lost the ability to trust anyone, least of all myself. A person I'd placed so much faith in, had completely destroyed me physically and verbally. John seemed to understand where I was, how I'd gotten there, and most importantly, how to put me back together and give me some power in making decisions about my case, and understanding how this horrible thing could have happened without my permission. About a year and a half ago I found myself in a malpractice situation, I didn't know where to go or what to do. I felt lost, Thankfully I found David Kleczek. First I called to make an appointment, which was quick and easy. Upon meeting him, I immediately felt at ease. Throughout the process he has always went above and beyond and helped me with everything and anything I needed. Although suing somebody, and the things that come along with it such as depositions, court, and going through all your personal information can be a bit uncomfortable and overwhelming. Atty Joseph Jung was most efficient and effective in resolving my collision case. His most favorable attributes are that you actually hear from him even after working hours (5pm) . He cares and listens. This is most evident when you have unanswered questions or concerns. Least favorable: When a settlement is made would it be possible to receive direct deposit so as not to have funds lost through the mail (did not happen in my experience).

My divorce is about complete. Kim did an excellent job. I appreciate her honest, logical and discerning approach to my case. She is able to stick to the facts and not get caught up in the courtroom drama that was created by my x and his lawyers. She is one of the most intelligent people that I have ever met. She is professional and hardworking. She almost always took my late night and weekend calls. I felt that her billing was very fair. Her memory is incredible and she was easily able to keep track the lies that my x and his lawyer fabricated and provide this feedback to the multiple judges that heard our case. My x was sanctioned so many times and this was because Kim clearly showed the judges how he was wasting court time and unnecessarily driving up attorney fees and court cost. She knows the legal system well and was very clear with me about what to expect with regards to the children. The legal system isn't fair and does not always get it right and Kim did not sugar coat my expectations. Kim works best with people that are like her, honest, kind, hardworking and logical people, whether you are male or female. Attorney David Smith and his staff are extremely professional, and I would hire them again.
I was injured badly in a car accident 100% the fault of another driver who has 10+ claims against their collision insurance.
Mr Smith met me immediately. He was very polite, friendly, professional, did *NOT* emphasize money ... and instead told me to take care of my health. His priorities are straight. He was genuine and looked me in the eye when he assured me to simply focus on recovery and taking care of myself rather than punishment or restitution.
He earned my trust, as an attorney and as a man.
His staff carefully helped me every step of the way. His main administrative manager, Mynita Bounthon, is very responsive and works hard. Their staff was very patient with me when I was intermittently difficult to get ahold of over the course of many years.

Ryan Harris and his team of lawyers handled an auto accident case my wife and I. We were rear ended while driving from Utah to California. Although my wife was not as injured as I was, I required surgery on my wrist because of the way it hit the steering wheel of my car. Last summer I broke my back and foot when a car pulled out in front of me while I was riding my motorcycle. My friend Evan was working for Mr. Harris at the time so I contacted him. They explained the entire process and answered all my questions with no pressure to hire them.

All what lawyers want is money and this guy was not the exception. My husband paid him $10k and we didn't hear from him after like 8 or 9 months, and it was not even Arash the one in touch, it was one of his assistants. We didn't see him face to face until I arrived to the USA only because he wanted more money to start the process of the green card and because we didn't pay, he stopped answering all the questions we had after my arrival. I am sure there are better lawyers that charge less for a K1 Visa.

I wish to share the wonderful experience I had working with Attorney Bianca Renee Ennix.
Several months ago, my mother , who is a senior citizen, unfortunately took a very bad fall. This was extremely traumatic for her and my family. We did not know which way to go. She needed medical attention and legal representation.
She began receiving medical care by her own health care provider. Then the telephone calls started. She received numerous calls from rude and obnoxious insurance adjusters who wanted to immediately settle her case for pennies. It was definitely time to seek legal counsel.

I had a bad time with this lawyer. She was never there and did not return my calls. I went to her office a few times and she was not there, even for appointments. Her mother is her staff, that's all. Not very good. She did nothing and charged me a lot. I could have done it myself. I don't think she is very good.

I hired this attorney to represent my then 11 yr old daughter who was attacked at school and sustained severe injuries. He repeatedly asked for the same info losing documents, falling asleep during depos allowing the defendants to schedule 5 depositions allowing excessive over questionings and badgering of my minor child. He would make duplicate copies of info he didn’t need then couldn’t find important documents he did need that was provided to him several times. We discovered he was attempting to make a settlement without my approval then when I brought it to his attention he dropped her case and thank God another attorney got my child the Justice that this attorney failed miserably to do! These are facts!

We had a case involving a large company with what was described by a mediator as an insurance firm that was very difficult to deal with. We hired Kuvara Law Firm, and with no additional cost, they brought in Steven Cornet, a highly regarded litigator. When we finally entered mediation after a dragged out schedule set by the opposing team, we were able to observe our litigator in action. We had been advised by Mr. Cornet of the typical awards in the county where our trial would be held. The mediator also clearly advised us of the court, witness and other costs involved in trial. My wife, the party with life changing injuries from the collapse of a defective store display, and I had previously agreed on what we felt would be a fair net outcome for us after expenses. Mr. Cornet was able to negotiate that outcome. Further, the Kuvara-Cornet team negotiated with the medical provider and others to further increase our net outcome. Ultimately, our settlement was significantly more than we had anticipated. Colby Kuvara then arranged for us to have a phone conference about the possibilities of future medical attachments to our settlement. Based on that conference, we determined that no set aside would be required. Our full settlement check was mailed to us certified mail the next day.
